So far I have used it 4 times and absolutely no complaints works great. Bought it to replace my Cabela's "smoker" grill. It is 100x better and the app works perfectly.

I purchased a Blind Box from Z GRILLS June, 2024. It quit working properly in July. Received a new auger for the pellets end of October, 2024. It worked great for the couple weeks used until winter. Now that it is being used again the temperature won’t hold. The auger is not working properly again. Called and emailed customer service twice in the last week with no response. Would never recommend this company!

Z Grill is an absolute joke. Bought my grill last summer used it for a month and it kept throwing Error codes. Finally Z grills sent me a new hopper. It has worked for about 2 months and same thing. I would NEVER spend another dime on this cheap company.

I purchased a 700D4E in July of 2024. So far I have smoked Ribs, pulled pork and brisket. All were amazing. I have grilled steaks and hamburgers. Temperature control is great. It is easy to clean no issues. Would purchase again.

Love the grill! Bluetooth, great smoke flavor, easy to use. Recommend to anyone!

After researching pellet grills for long time online and comparing features, available options and reviews, I decided on ZGrill, based upon my extensive research.Truth is that i give ZGrill 5 stars in more than just one category. First of all, their customer service is as good as it gets! After my initial purchase, I found another ZGrill pit that had one additional option that I wished I had initially ordered instead of what i had ordered. I emailed ZGrill with my request to change my order and was immediately contacted for the exchange option. The exchange was confirmed immediately. The product shipped within a few days and arrived sooner than I expected. One other 5 star rating is for the completely unmatched excellence of the packaging of the unit. I don't think I have ever been as impressed with the exceptional safe consideration of each and every part within the solid packaging of the entire unit. The unit itself was very easy to assemble, with very few nuts, bolts and accessories such as casters and handles. Being my 1st pellet grill i was excited to give it a try. Very simple instructions, and i was impressed with my very first experience. One thing I suggest is to get some large rectangular foil pans (got mine at Costco) and put that, with water in it, on the bottom grill. My Z1000 has 3 shelves. I place the meat on the top two shelves, and this provides moisture along with the smoke and controlled temperature. Get it, love it and enjoy the ease of hassle-free BBQing.

I love my new grill. I get up at 4 am and get meat grilling. It will be done before noon and will be unbelievably awesome!!! Check out Grill Works in Marion, Ia for the best seasonings in the market to finish your meat to perfection. I would buy my grill again!

This is my first smoker and assembly was mostly easy but wished all parts were labeled which caused minor confusion at one point. Also, one of the washers was the wrong size so had to get one from the store as the opening was too large and would slide right over the bolt. Once that was done, I did the first burn to clean it out and that was straight forward. Did our first smoke yesterday, a pork rib roast. It came out beautiful, not too much of a smoke taste (how my wife likes it), beautiful hue amd color and the flavor was to die for. So glad we got this and can't wait to smoke some more with it.

We started out with a bad part, we contacted customer service they were amazing. They sent out the new part, my husband installed it, and did the burn off yesterday. Today I put a 11 lb beef brisket on to cook, I just removed it looks amazing, smell amazing... It performed perfectly. Love it and recommend it. Thank you.

We took advantage of the buy 1 get 10 free offer. Grill was easy to put together, the WiFi works great. We tested the temperature reading against stand alone thermometer and it was on point. We’ve been thrilled with the performance.

I have a 700 series grill. It’s amazing! It holds temperature within 10 degrees and is great for low and slow cooking. I’ve made pork, chicken, chuck roast, and even toasted flavored almonds! Got the buy 1 get 10 deal. I’m grills for life!

The grill has worked fine so far other than the app. The app worked OK first couple times, but for some reason now I have a hell of a time getting it connected, if I do at all. Also the app only seems to work if you are within like maybe 20' of the grill. Loses connection when I get further away inside my house. Which isn't very practical for using.

I also agree with others on here that emailing support doesn't necessarily result in a response back, without pestering them again about it weeks later.

And then though they sure advertise the hell out of getting 10 grills when you buy 1, for some reason my purchase didn't result in that deal. Bought directly thru their site after clicking on the ad, but no explanation as to why my grill purchase didn't qualify for that deal. Guess maybe only certain models?...

I've been grilling/smoking for a couple of decades. I've had charcoal,propane,stick burner, and decided it's time to give a pellet a try. ZGrills was running the promotion of buying 1 get ten free over 50 years. I've only used a few times but so far I am happy with the convenience of a pellet grill. I added smoke tubes for the added flavor. It's not as good as using my stick burner but I'm not spending hours controlling and watching the temps. The food has been very good that I've grilled and smoked so far. Quality is good and my grill has wifi and so far no issues. I am an Android user and see others have had problems. I would recommend Zgrills but if you want strong smoke flavor it might not be for you.

I had my first zgrill for 4 years and it worked wonderfully it was just a little small. I don't remember what model it was. I was ready to upgrade and found the buy 1 get 10 free deal. I ordered the 1100b and it has been fantastic.

I like the 10 for 1 promo. Lets pray they are still around that long....It has a little less smoke production than what I would like but the ease of use and overall value are there. I tried to get some of the brand specific pellets but they were out of stock and also the pricing is pretty high compared to others.

Love how even it cooks and enjoy the quality of this unit i have 4-5 cooking brands of cooking methods 2 pit boss smokers and camp chef as well as blackstone griddle electric

Z Grills as a company is extremely responsive to their customers and make every effort to make situations right. The grill itself is fantastic and I have used to make Steaks, Brisket and Beer can chicken so far even in Montana Winter weather. Excited for my 50 years of BBQs.

I placed my grill order on Sunday. I received my order the following Wednesday. Super fast shipping. The delivery arrived in 2 separate boxes. After unpacking, the amount of individual pieces was rather intimidating. However assembly was super easy. The instructions were clear and all parts fit as they should. I am excited to use the grill this weekend. Very happy with my experience so far.
