Purchased a new Z grill for myself for Christmas. Initially, I had difficulties with the break in process but after contacting Z grill they immediately sent me some replacement parts which corrected the issue. Love my Z grilll.

Very easy to install and keeps temperature perfect

I love my Z grill. It keeps temp right at what you set it at. I think that buy 1 get 10 free is a great idea

Against my nature, I am writing this review for the Z Grill 700 D4E I received 2 days before Christmas. It is one of only a few reviews I have ever written.

Order: 5 Stars out of 5. The Website was “overcrowded” the week before Christmas, so I called the customer service number and got a live person (yeah, I know… hard to believe, right!). I wish I had recorded her name because she was absolutely amazing (Order #123235 for Z Grills to cross ref). The grill I had wanted, wouldn’t make it to me in only 3 days before Christmas so she did a stock check and found same item different color-scheme… and then put me on hold and contacted her freight department to see if they could get it on the next truck. She got my order on the transit truck THAT AFTERNOON, getting the unit to me BEFORE CHRISTMAS, so that I could smoke Christmas dinner (Ham and Turkey).

Delivery: 5 Stars out of 5. Z Grills got me the smoker in only 2.5 days… the busiest week of the year, the week before Christmas. Boxes were clean and undamaged and stacked neatly next to my door.
Product: 5 Stars out of 5. I have had a Traeger for the last 15 years. It was a good machine and lasted a long time. I actually tried to buy another Traeger… but they have become far too expensive and the “apples to apples” comparison to the New Z Grill with the new technology, the new format and design, the newer style controller, almost everything about the Z Grill is newer, better or same as, and also much more affordable.

Value: 5 stars out of 5. Great price per unit for the value per unit.

Customer Service: 5 Stars out of 5. As above the Z Grills customer service was amazing (must be fair: so was Traeger’s) during ordering and service. And the CSR getting the unit shipped on the same day is just amazing. Anyone who expects ZERO issues, doesn’t live in the real world… it is how a company responds that matters most. My unit had one very sharp edge, I noted when putting it together. I notified Z Grills, and they responded immediately to my email stating not to worry they would take care of it. A few days later a new part was on my porch.

Everything about the purchase and use of the Z Grill has been fantastic. Everything I have cooked has been amazing! Every time I uncover it I am excited to cook something and ecstatic with this purchase.

Smoked my spicy Bloody Mary mix...GAME CHANGER! My weekend Bloodys are delicious. This ZGrill is alot of fun.

Straight out of the box and fired up within a few hours, first brisket was cooked too fast, op error 225 degrees was too hot for this grill, and the size of my brisket, about 17lbs.. I went out same day and tried it all over again with lower temps. This time the results were amazing! Wifi worked great, probes worked, it was great! I have no complaints about this purchase at all! I love my zgrill 700D4E

I did the buy one get 10 deal, so far the grill is great, easier build, all parts were in great shape and not damaged. Tested it out with burgers and they came out great, held temperature great and stayed accurate, very pleased so far.

Purchased the buy 1 get 10 free. Iwas a bit skeptical but went for it anyway. The grill arrived on time was made with quality materials and was easy to put together. After 3 months running it I am very impressed. This grill kicks butt! I had a small ding on the smoke chamber and the customer support was all over the issue taking care of it immediately. I would highly recommend Z Grills!!

Quality is not a question when it comes this smoker, it's like a tank! Im loving the simple assembly of the smoker as well. It took me a little longer than what others report, but I did it alone in about 90 minutes.

As for Z Grills,I have had no issues with communications. I ordered the smoker ant it was at my home fast faster than i expected, so once you order it, get ready!

I received the 7052b as a Christmas present last year. After the easy assembly we tried a rack of baby backs that were the best we’ve ever smoked. The grill heats up quickly, unlike my last grill, and maintained a steady temperature throughout our 3-2-1 process. It’s extremely well built and solid. If you’re considering a new grill or replacement I strongly encourage you to look at this model.

Grill came quickly. Easy to assemble of good quality materials. Temperature variance during cooking is minimal and consistent.

Broke it in with a brisket. The best ever and I have had two other pellet grills, the big names. This 1000D gets compliments on looks, size, and taste. Great value and a free grill every 5 years…c’mon man!

What a great deal for a great grill. I was wanting a bigger pellet grill when came across the buy 1 get 10 deal. It was a no brainer for me. Now that I've used it a couple times I was right. They are well made and easy to assemble. I have a little learning curve but that's normal.

I have been wanting a pellet grill for a while and then when saw the buy 1 get 10 free offer I had to jump on it. And it was one of the best decisions I made. It was easy to assemble and is even easier to use. I love using my pellet grill. My only regret is I didn't get the grill that is wifi enabled because now the wife module is constantly out of stock.

I bought my new Z Grill so I could dive into the life of smoking meats. It has turned out to not just be a great smoker but also a grill. I have smoked Turkey Breast( OMG they were so moist), Smoked Ribs(Fall Off the bone moist ribs), and cooked whole chickens, perfection. I could not be happier with the performance of my grill.

Set temp and relax ...taste is outstanding
