I love the product, I haven't received it yet (just ordered a few minutes ago). It looks amazing though. Shortly after I ordered, a nice girl named Leila sent me a text to confirm my address. I appreciate the attention to detail. She also offered me some more products with a discount, but she wasn't pushy at all, just very nice and helpful. I appreciate personal interaction with a business. I wish more customer service was handled like this.

They even provided with additional options and deals right on the spot. I was in direct contact with a live person that wasn't outsourced to call center.
