Impossible to withdraw and have a sincere confrontation with the assistance
For many days I have been trying to make a withdrawal of my money and the problem that arises is always the same. The confirmation code sent by the system does not reach my mailbox, while the same mailbox correctly receives the access code to the platform and the responses of the customer service, which instead of solving the problem, continues like a mantra to say, despite the evidence, that the problem lies in my email inbox, and they also offer me to share my network and the wallet address, which I won't do because it's clear to me that they don't want me to withdraw my money

We are sorry to hear about your experience. As the team previously addressed, we are sending the codes to your email so that you can withdraw. We have no intention of limiting what you do with your funds on the platform; as you can see in your Balances tab, funds are available... but this is related to your email provider.
In the meantime, we suggested making the withdrawal on your behalf in case you need immediate access to your funds, but we understand you want to do it yourself.

The latest version of the mobile Zignaly application is very successful. Easy to use. I can choose among investors as I wish. I can find risky or low risk traders. There is just as much chance of losing as there is chance of winning. Earnings are also high in a rising market. App is broken, funds are stuck
App is broken, 2FA codes don't work, can't log in. Funds get stuck in a part of your account for no reason (trading account, cannot be shifted to standby account), unable to withdraw. Customer support is not knowledgeable, they basically copy and paste from the help page. They also end the chat before you respond to them. Highly not recommended.
Update: Zignaly asked me to use a third party platform via API to recover my stuck funds. Considering this bug occurred whilst while using their platform, they should take responsibility and resolve it back-end. Will definitely not return to this platform again.
Edit: Zignaly's reply is a joke. Trading BTC/USDT is improper usage. Lol. Funds were 100% in USDT and ONLY BTC was traded.
Zignaly repeatedly refuses to take responsibility for a bug which occured on their platform. The more they try to avoid taking responsibility, the worse it makes them look.

Additionally, we'd like to inform you that our mobile app has been relaunched on the Google Play Store as of July 30th, 2024.

Edit: Since you were managing a USDT service, BTC withdrawals aren’t enabled, which is why you encountered errors. Trading BTC/USDT is possible, of course.

Unresolved Withdrawal Request and Poor Customer Support at Zignaly - A Frustrating Experience
I initiated a withdrawal request with Zignaly over a month ago, expecting a smooth and professional process. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but. Despite multiple assurances from various customer support representatives, my funds remain locked in a trader's account, continuously being invested without my consent.
Communication Breakdown:
My journey began with promises of swift action and understanding from the support team. Initially, I was told to be patient, as the trader needed more time to close positions. This patience turned into weeks of waiting, with repetitive assurances and no real progress. The support team, including individuals named Aey and Hussain, repeatedly closed our conversations without resolving my issue, suggesting a lack of accountability and follow-through.
Unprofessional Handling:
The situation escalated when my requests for withdrawal were met with generic responses about the trader's strategy and the platform's inability to influence their decisions. It was implied that my funds would be released "soon," yet the definition of "soon" stretched beyond reasonable limits. My frustration peaked when I saw my investment being further used for trades, against my explicit request for withdrawal, leading to potential losses.
Lack of Resolution:
Despite my clear and repeated demands for my funds to be released, the support team's responses have been inadequate. Promises of manual processing and intervention by senior agents have not materialized into action. The lack of a specific timeframe for resolution and the continuous cycle of unfulfilled promises have left me feeling ignored and disrespected as a customer.
Conclusion:
My experience with Zignaly has been deeply disappointing. The inability to access my own funds, coupled with a customer support experience that lacks empathy, efficiency, and effectiveness, has eroded my trust in the platform. I am left with no choice but to escalate my concerns publicly, hoping for a resolution that should have been straightforward from the start.
I urge potential users to consider my experience as a cautionary tale. The risks associated with trading are understood, but the risk of poor customer service and inaccessible funds should not be part of your investment journey.

Idea is great but not good investment
Idea is great, but reality still not a good investment. I been using it for over a year putting bags in several profit shares. Was up and down even and close to equal but just recently many long running profit shares got liquidated. Down to around 1/3 I put in, so have decided to now withdraw what's left and discontinue. I personally don't think its worth it. One really dodge "feature" is when a profit share is liquidated it is now hidden from the user so one day you login and boom some of them are missing with no way to look it up unless you msg support.

500 USDT was stolen by CEO
Unfortunately, the company embezzled about $500 dollars that remained in my account until Profit Sharing 1.0 closed. The CEO of the company said he couldn't do anything and would not refund the money.
Otherwise, it's a regular service that is in beta testing. There were a lot of bugs and they took quite a while to fix them, but they never fixed them before Profit Sharing closed. After stealing my funds, there is no desire to try Profit Sharing 2.0. Trust is lost forever.

I encountered a problem two hours back, ended up sending polygon based USDT instead of ETH chain, and the customer support went all the way to help me out!! Not just they helped me trace, but also sent them back to my address.
For a moment, i thought i had lost my money lol for using the wrong address. But, thank you for returning me my money. And kudos to Anh, who made sure I didn't panic (which I obviously was). Thank you a big time Zignaly for saving me!
