Caveat Emptor...
I deposited a small amount of crypto to this service. I used the crypto address they gave to send it to. Somehow, mysteriously, I sent it to the wrong address even though it was copy and pasted straight from their own website and I have more then enough internet, computer and education to copy and paste things. Now, after a three week wait for them to work on tracking it down, I have been provided with advice to contact the service I sent it from and have been told I need to pay closer attention to detail (basically). I can't recommend anyone try this service for any reason. Even their customer service does little and takes forever to do it. Good Luck and "let the buyer beware!"

I have been using Zignaly for over two years now and I saw the platfrom evolve from being a signal provider to copy trading and now, the social investment revolution - the profit sharing services.
I am happy, I dont have to pay unless I make a profit; I have access to the best global traders where I can invest as low as $1, and I feel empowered that I dont have to pay high fees under "management fees" anymore. If you are using Zignaly, use multiple traders for yourself with different strategies! The best thing would be to keep making money when market is moving sideways or in a bear run, and the experts doing the shorts lol to make you money even though the market is going down - its the best feeling ever trust me :D

About Profit-Sharing 2.0 interface, the UI/UX is great, easy to navigate. The launch of P.S 2.0 is around the corner, actually I can’t wait, I’m super hyped. At 57 I wanted to learn more about the world of Crypto trading and started buying and trading a few coins myself. There is definitely learning curve to figuring out what services to use, how to sign up, terminologies, research etc etc. and I quickly found that I don't have the time or expertise to truly do this properly. I started researching a better way to do this and found Zignaly. I find that they provide a platform that is intuitive and easy to navigate especially for a beginner like me. As well, the customer service on the chat has been great and quick to answer questions providing help along the way. I use the copy trader function and diversify my funds across 5-8 traders. Starting slow and gaining knowledge of this industry so as to keep up with evolving technologies.

My Experience of using Zignaly with it's Products and Services offered.
My experience with Zignaly and it's products and services is definitely amazing. As of now, I enjoyed participated in some of the auction which Zigbids offers now though I didn't won as of now any of the Auctions offered, still I really enjoyed it much. Now, what I really like to know more is the PS 2.0 in which based on my experience on the beta testing and based on the experience other users shared it was indeed very great most especially the new interface were it is much easy to navigate and will give better experience for both traders and service providers. Zignaly has been doing their best for the benefits of its users, traders and investors, and I congratulate the team for the job will done.

Zignaly: Indispensable Trading Tool
I've been using Zignaly for more than a year now and frankly I like the powerful trading terminal compared to the native controls from the exchanges. The trailing stop feature is powerful along with the TG notifications for trade status. There was just an instance a few months back that the system failed to notify me for a closed trade in TG. I don't know what happened, maybe it's not even Zignaly's fault just TG acting up. Also if there's an issue with your connected exchange, some positions may suddenly disappear from Zignaly's position list but they are still there on the exchange. I just re-add the positions on Zignaly.

Scam site, scam team
After 1 year, it will be understood that it is definitely a scam site. As I've never won anything in 1 year, the information they offer you definitely doesn't work even though they created a saas service. A trader you have authorized makes different transactions on your behalf, but you cannot see them.
When you object to this situation, they say that you gave permission to the trader. The same trader opens many accounts and enters the same positions with your money and opens additional positions to recover the losses in these positions. You can lose all your money in the same position in account B of the same trader, while you are not making a loss in account A and you will not even know about it. I didn't know about it either, and when the trader closed the position, I disconnected from the trader, but my investment did not deposit in my wallet, for 20 days the technology team tried to solve the issue and what do you think happened in the end? They have deposited a certain amount of money into my account and although the remaining amount appears on the panel, they do not deposit it. PANEL is showing wrong and they are apologizing. Is this panel another company's? Definitely stay away. The tech team is useless garbage.

In this case, there may have been a misunderstanding on how the platform works, specifically Profit-Sharing.
I'll try to cover some of the points that you mentioned in your review.
1: "Definitely a scam site. As I've never won anything in 1 year"
We are offering a marketplace for Traders and Investors to meet.
-Each service profile includes a description of how the traders strategy operates, contact information, and the level of drawdown that could be expected with their strategy.
-Investors can decide on any trading service available in our marketplace. Zignaly does not guarantee that any gain will be made. There is always risk involved while trading. We are simply operating the marketplace.
2: "A trader you have authorized makes different transactions on your behalf, but you cannot see them."
An investor is able to view all open positions from their dashboard.
3:"When you object to this situation, they say that you gave permission to the trader."
We do have that measure in place. Whenever an Investor joins a service (Trader), he is asked to confirm that:
a: I understand my whole USDT balance is now part of the margin and at risk.
b: I understand my funds will be transferred to the trader’s pool and will no longer appear in my available balance.
c: I understand that when disconnecting, I will only be able to withdraw my investment once the trader closes all open positions.
Profit-Sharing is currently operating with the 'Soft disconnection' method. This does not allow Investors to remove their allocation until any remaining open positions, (that you are participating in) have been closed.
Solution: We are releasing Profit-Sharing 2.0 very soon. This will allow Investors to 'hard' disconnect from a service (Trader) at any time.
4: "They have deposited a certain amount of money into my account and although the remaining amount appears on the panel, they do not deposit it."

Had a good time there, but they should work with API instead of having money on their account.
And they should urgently make it clear that the user's money can be held indefinitely until the trader finalizes the trade. And worst of all, you can have 100k stuck because of a 100 bucks trade that was not completed. This is a bad policy that needs to be reviewed.

Sorry but I don't understand your review. You label Zignaly as a "scam" just because you have 20 cents in your account that you have not been able to withdraw?
You must remember that Zignaly is an Official Binance Broker, so all accounts are actually Sub Accounts within the Binance Broker Program and withdrawals have to respect the minimums set by Binance.
The 20 cents you mention are even less than what is paid per transaction fees to make the withdrawal, so it is understandable that you can not withdraw them. But they will remain in your account until you want to use the platform again and you will be able to allocate them together with new funds to any service you are interested in.
Additionally, Zignaly has received less than a month ago 50 million in a private funding round from a prestigious investment fund. Here is the link to the Yahoo finance news, so you can read it from an unbiased point of view:

So basicly worst site i have ever been
So basicly worst site i have ever been, first it was problem for me because i putted btc money into zig wallet which as they said was not supposed to ever recieve btc as deposit, so i couldnt do anything whit that money for a long time about 2 months and then i started copy trading and lost 50% of my investment in a month. Just dont do it you will lose money time and nerves. Good thing only was that on discord i manged to contact admin which is a really helpful and he was the one who resolved my problems otherwise for support to answer needs forever. All here gl and hf

I'm sorry you feel this way, I did some research and found your ticket. I have read everything that happened with your BTC deposit in ZigWallet and I would like to make some clarifications:
When that happened to you, our ZigWallet functionality and the Vault had been operational for a few days, at that time it was not possible for users to withdraw other coins from the ZigWallet, mainly because it was not planned for users to deposit them from the beginning. Due to the mistake you made, erroneously depositing BTC there, as well as many other users, our tech team added the function that allows to withdraw these coins. So if this happens again to another user, he can withdraw the coins himself and in a matter of seconds.
At the time it took a while to give you an answer because we had to add and develop a functionality to cover your need, it was not because of bad management or anything like that. Our support has an incident resolution period of less than 24 hours on average.
Regarding the second point you mention, where you lost 50% of your funds following a trader. Again I am very sorry that you had this experience, Zignaly is just a Marketplace that allows traders to connect with users in a simple way. So we do not own any of the strategies.
Each user is responsible for choosing from the hundreds of traders available and choosing the combination of them that best suits their profile. We have many users who are making very good profits, most of them because they have diversified among multiple traders, so they are not overexposed to one trader and average the profits of all of them.
Remember that in Profit Sharing you can follow a trader with as little as 1 USDT, so you can test traders and how they operate without risking a lot of capital, until you find the ones that best fit your profile as an investor and diversify among them all.
If you ever give our platform a try again, I am sure you will have better experiences.
