So I purchased a ZIIP Halo less than 2 years ago. It started to malfunction- wouldn't stay on for longer than a few seconds. I contacted ZIIP and they replaced it for free, which was lovely. The replacement worked so well, it made me realize that my old ZIIP Halo had definitely not been functioning well for a very long time, which was discouraging, since I used it every other day for almost two years.

So far I’m loving my Zip Halo . Delivery was quick , easy to set up and I’m noticing results after using it for 3 weeks. Great tool for anti aging.

Started using it 4 weeks ago, do see the improvement.

Good product - had issues with the old version of the zip the customer service sent me a new one after 3 weeks.

I was helped quickly, and a solution was sought for a technical problem.

My ZIIP device stopped working. Sent a message to the company, they told me how to reset the device. It still doesn’t work correctly per their instructions. First off it has to be fully charged every time. The light doesn’t go brighter when using it & I do not get the buzz vibration when it’s time to move to a new area. It also doesn’t indicate when the 4 minute mark is up. Now it did all of that the first time I used it, but not since!
I am trying to return it, haven’t a very difficult time working with the company to do this. They requested a video, I sent it. Now they say I’m not pressing hard enough when resetting. I was my finger tips were white from pressing on it.
This company is not in compliance with their return policy.

The ZIIP Halo is an amazing device. It is very easy to use and results are fast. There are different treatment plans for all sorts of concerns like anti aging, face sculpting, stimulating collagen, etc.. The special conductive gels add a nourishing boost. ZIIP customer service is incredible. They are super helpful and quick to resolve any issues. You have everything to gain from ordering a ZIIP Halo for yourself.

Worth every penny! I’ve been using the Ziip Halo for 3 weeks now and it’s a great added investment to my skincare routine. I have had puffiness in my face and wanted to combat my appearing jowls, and no amount of gua sha/brushing was working. With the Ziip, I’m seeing massive results here and seen a huge difference in my skin texture, brightness and firmness. I love all the different treatments in the app, combining the microcurrent for muscle tightness and lymphatic drainage, and nanocurrent for a collagen boost. It’s expensive yes, but weighing up how much I spend on creams, serums and facials this is something that is firmly working and gives instant results you can visibly see. I love it!

After 2 days my Ziip stopped syncing. I sent 5 emails to customer support. No response to any of them until after 3days. I got a response saying I should try certain fixes like deleting the app and starting over or turning th Bluetooth for ZIIP on (duh). None of them worked. This device has serious defects and connectivity issues with its app. I want a refund.

I have been using the Ziip Halo for some time. I love it and I have had some excellent results from regular use. It is by far the best beauty tool that I have used. When my device recently developed a fault I contacted customer services. I received a prompt and helpful response . Kellie was excellent and arranged a replacement for me which arrived very quickly. I cannot fault the service that I have received. It was truly 5 star!

I love my ZIIP so much!! It feels like having a facial at home, but what makes it even better is that it’s way less expensive than actually getting facials. The device works great, especially for skin elasticity and acne. I’m honestly still shocked at how well this thing works for all kinds of skin problems. I mainly bought the ZIIP to tighten up my jaw line, but I’ve been impressed with its other features, too (especially when I had a deep, painful pimple. It was sooo much smaller after just one treatment!). It’s also great for treating hyperpigmentation. Anyway, I’m on a weight loss journey and didn’t want to be left with saggy skin, so this has been a great solution. The gels that came with the device are nice, too. I like to use my red light therapy device afterwards to get even better results. Also, the app is nice. They just made an update that makes it easier to sync up the treatment (before, the video started too soon, but it seems to be fixed). Anyway, I definitely recommend the ZIIP!

TERRIBLE my device is nzt working after the latest update. Still no response after 2 requests to fix the problem.

I absolutely love this tool. It’s the best by far in my opinion. You have to be faithful about using it, however. Thank you for making this wonderful beauty to all.

The gel is so much better than cheaper alternatives. It actually costs less because a little goes a long way and it doesn't dry out quickly, which means you don't have to stop in the middle and add more.

This is, hands down, the best skin care I have ever invested in. I thought it might be hype- but no, this delivers in a number of ways. Ziip far exceeded my expectations.
