I love to use it in conbination with the tablets, so my retainer is fresh and clean. The wiping cloths are good to use for keeping the pod clean

I recently bought the Zima pod for travel. I won't be using it for a while on a trip, but I did try it just to see how it works. The very small case and clever telescoping pod is wonderful. I just came back from a 10 day trip and brought my zima pro with me. It was large and took up so much room in my suitcase (but I can't imagine not using it daily)! When I saw the travel version, I bought it immediately. I know it will fit my needs perfectly. (And I am a little crazy - I use it twice a day with a tablet)!

Once I was able to get in touch with customer service, they were very helpful and ultimately were able to resolve my issue.

Definitely worth the purchase, was hesitant at first but did some research and went for it. Retainers are clean within 5 minutes and not having to do anything except put a bit of water in a pot and press a button! Literally no effort at all.

I bought a competitor’s product that stopped working. The manufacturer replaced it but it too stopped working. I’m finished my orthodonture and now use a retainer at night only. I really disliked cleaning my trays with a toothbrush and wanted a new appliance but thought I’d give Zima a try. I like the design which is sleek and neat and so far the unit is performing well.

I purchased my cleaning pod back in April 2026 and used it for the first time today. The results are amazing and my yellow retainer looks great.

Great product - keeps my retainers squeaky clean, especially because I wear them every night. Definitely recommend.

I’ve just started using Zima Dental, and I can already see improvements. I’m especially happy to have switched away from products containing harsh chemicals. Very pleased so far!

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying! It’s a scam. My night guard showed no change, and after sending 6 videos proving so, they offered a 25% refund. 30 day policy is not valid.

Had a problem with my first pod but they sent me a new one straight away excellent service

I've been using the Zima dental pod for over a year. It's simple to use and makes cleaning my oral appliance for sleep apnea one less thing I have to think about. I can see how clean the oral appliance is when I take it out of the pod. Excellent product!

So far, I am pleased with the product.

However, buyers be warned. Their customer service is atrocious. On their web site they say that returns are effortless. Absolutely not true. I succeeded in returning an item but it took a large amount of time dealing with multiple customer service people who seemed unable to communicate effectively or indeed to even understand my emails. Once the item was returned successfully I had to enter into yet more ridiculous emails to chase my refund. My guess is that there is a possibility that they have been instructed to block returns. I also experienced poor customer service when I wanted to cancel a subscription. On the website it seems impossible to cancel a subscription. Poor responses from customer service.

Great device! I do wish the inside had a bit more room so my retainers aren’t partially stacked on each other. Other than that, I love it!👍

I bought the Dental Pod Pro in May 2026. It developed a fault while still inside the
12-month warranty.

Over the course of the claim I received 16 emails, each requesting further information,
with no resolution offered at any point. I abandoned the claim because the time cost
exceeded the value of the product.

I'd have no issue recommending the device itself. I can't recommend buying from a
company whose warranty process is this attritional.

Easy to set up & worked perfectly

I'm very happy with the DentalPod. After every cleaning, my mouthguard feels as fresh as it did the day I received it. Plus, the DentalPod is very compact, which makes it easy to carry around.

What made my experience great was the help that I received from Zima Dental Support Team. They were so dedicated to making everything right! I had purchased a bundle, and there was a delay with Pro Pod being shipped separately. I reached out to the team and their response was immediate and they were accommodating in every way.

Dental Pod is a great product, and remarkably quiet for an ultrasonic device.

However, if you keep it in a bathroom cabinet, filling and emptying it can be a bit of a hassle. That's why I've reordered the Dental Pod Pro!

I’ve invested a lot of money in my oral health and hygiene so extending that to the care of my retainers was a no brained once I learned about Zima! In the same 5 minutes it takes for me to floss and brush, my retainers become perfectly clean like brand new and I know there won’t be any gunk getting between my retainers and my gums and teeth.
