Excellent product and company. The Dental Pod Pro took months of staining off my mouthguard. It’s looking clearer every day. I did have issues with the (terrible) shipping company and delivery process, but Zima was understanding and accommodating. The only recommendation I have for them is to switch shipping carriers.

I have been using these dental cleaning tablets for a while and am more than satisfied with them. They keep my night guard fresh and clean and as new and the whole apparatus is simple to use. The customer service is outstanding , responsive to email contact quickly and allowing me to put my order on hold when I still have tablets on hand and not loose my privileges as a subscription holder. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.

Bought a pod as a gift and because I was receiving a lot of follow up sales and feedback emails, I contacted Zima to suggest providing a 'gift' option when buying to avoid the unnecessary and inappropriate follow up emails to the purchaser. Received dog supplements instead of dental pod cleansing tablets. I emailed to notify issue and got a response within hours. Not the first interaction with Zima Customer Services. They're always prompt, professional and courteous. They make things right. They reissued my tablets which I received in no time (delivery to Canada) and didn't have to return/exchange the dog supplements which I will gift. .

Love the unit, my second one. I actually like this one even better. I like that the unit is one piece vs my first which was the bowl and then the power pad it sat on. The new one is so much easier to use.

I’ve been using the Zima dental pod to clean my Invisalign retainers, and I’m really impressed. I first saw the product on an Instagram advertisement, and after reading several positive reviews and watching a few videos, I decided to give it a try. The cleaning tablets are effective and easy to use, and I’ve already purchased more.

I love using the zima travel pod. It is so easy to use. I look forward to taking it as I travel. I have been using the regular dental pod cleaner at home. I love how clean my retainers are.

After a few years of using tablets in water to soak my retainers they became cloudy and very difficult to clean even with a small brush. After a lot of research I decided to buy a Zima Dental Pod and noticed a real difference after the first use - my retainers are clean and clear back to how they were originally. I would highly recommend.

I'm totally pleased with my Dental Pod Pro. It's easy to use and cleans my aligners well and quickly. And the customer support is great -- quick and accurate responses.

Was I brushing my night guard like I should? No.
But this not only does a better job - it’s also easier.
