I’ve been using the pod for more than 6 months and it’s been working as advertised. My Invisaligns are kept clean and clear with minimal effort. Also, I had a minor issue with my 6-month tablet subscription and the customer service experience was first class. Very fast responses and they resolved the issue quickly by sending me another box of tablets. Highly recommend!

Great customer support, Zima Dental! You went above and beyond to solve the problem! The Zima pod pro is working well and as a dentist myself and Invisalign provider I think it's the best you can do for your intraoral appliances using the cavitation of the ultrasonic waves . You can use it even just with water and not to use tablets every day which reduces the amount of chemicals you expose yourself and your family to. One happy wide smile here!

I bought this before several planned trips as I still wanted to clean my aligners but didn’t want the bulk of the traditional pod. The travel pod is absolutely amazing…packs easily, takes up little space in the hotel and does a great job cleaning. I loved it so much, I bought one for my sister.

I’m very happy with my ZimaPod! It’s an excellent product that is easy to use and works exactly as expected. The ZimaPod helps clean, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and helping to prevent bad breath.
I also want to thank the support team for their outstanding assistance. They were responsive, patient, and very knowledgeable, helping me quickly with any questions I had. Their excellent customer service made the entire experience even better.

I have been using the dental pod on my aligners for the past year and am much happier cleaning them this way instead of using a toothbrush. Just recently ordered the tabs to use with my retainers.

They followed up with me very quickly when I wanted to use my warranty to get a replacement pod.
The process was easy and the responses were very prompt.

The pod and the cleaning packets are the best thing i could do. My night guard looks like new every time. So glad I made this investment. Thanks for making great products. Troy R

Love my dental pod! There was a bit of an issue with it after a few months but the Zima Dental team got right onto it and helped me super quickly. No complaints and a very good experience all round!

My dental appliance has never been cleaner thanks to my Zima dental pod and their boost cleaning tablets! This compact and easy to use sonic cleaner is fabulous! And their customer service is wonderful too, with their quick response time and great follow up on their end. I am a huge fan and highly recommend this product to anyone even thinking about making this purchase! My only regret is that I did not buy one a few years ago when I first started looking into one.

Excellent product and company. The Dental Pod Pro took months of staining off my mouthguard. It’s looking clearer every day. I did have issues with the (terrible) shipping company and delivery process, but Zima was understanding and accommodating. The only recommendation I have for them is to switch shipping carriers.

I have been using these dental cleaning tablets for a while and am more than satisfied with them. They keep my night guard fresh and clean and as new and the whole apparatus is simple to use. The customer service is outstanding , responsive to email contact quickly and allowing me to put my order on hold when I still have tablets on hand and not loose my privileges as a subscription holder. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.

Bought a pod as a gift and because I was receiving a lot of follow up sales and feedback emails, I contacted Zima to suggest providing a 'gift' option when buying to avoid the unnecessary and inappropriate follow up emails to the purchaser. The response was extremely considered and positive - very much taken in the spirit given. My experience with Zima has been exemplary,

Received dog supplements instead of dental pod cleansing tablets. I emailed to notify issue and got a response within hours. Not the first interaction with Zima Customer Services. They're always prompt, professional and courteous. They make things right. They reissued my tablets which I received in no time (delivery to Canada) and didn't have to return/exchange the dog supplements which I will gift. .

Love the unit, my second one. I actually like this one even better. I like that the unit is one piece vs my first which was the bowl and then the power pad it sat on. The new one is so much easier to use.
