This is one of the finest companies that I have ever done business with. The level of product knowledge is incredible. The amount and level of customer service you receive exceeds any expectations one might have. Product delivery was as promised and timing was perfect.

Ziphearing matched me up with a better audiologist than I had been seeing previously. More pleasant and more thorough. When setting my hearing aids up he took his time.

Not only was Jeff at Zip Hearing very helpful he sent me to an authorized Audiologist in Bonita Springs, just north of Naples where I live that was wonderful to work with. Their prices were way below those of my ENT and I am now hearing sounds that I forgot existed. I highly recommend them if you're thinking about getting hearing aids. Could not be happier with the entire experience and the money I saved.

Zip Hearing has been wonderful to work with and offered very discounted pricing, compared to my internet pricing research. My experience has been very low-stress. They have been extremely helpful and quickly accommodated my hearing aid style change during the trial period.
