Using Ziphearing to buy my latest pair of hearing aids has been a great experience. The buying process is easy and seamless -- without any high pressure sales tactics. Grant answered all of my questions up front and introduced me to an audiologist nearby who did the fittings and adjustments. I was even able to swap out the first pair of hearing aids for a newer model that Oticon came out shortly after I placed my order. And the price was more than 50% less than I was quoted by my former audiologist. Grant has been friendly, open and responsive throughout. I will definitely use them again for my next pair.

I found out about Zip Hearing from the hearsoundly.com website. I knew I wanted top-of-the-line hearing aids and ZH seemed like a good way to get them for 30 percent less. Both my sister and I ended up with Oticons through them (she's in NM and I'm in FL) and we both had a great experience with no issues. I really like the audiologist they referred me to. They are a trustworthy company and answer the phone promptly for any question you might have. No sales pitches or pressure to keep the hearing aids if they don't work out. I would definitely use them again.

I called and talked with Jeff Hall and he listened to my problem and sent me a video to demonstrate how to fix the problem on the spot. Very helper! I appreciate my Widex 330 hearing aids every minute of the day. Ziphearing is a well run company that makes it easy to deal with hearing aids. Grant at ZipHearing is knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. No hard selling at ZipHearing and the resulting service and cost cannot be beat. They even help you with your insurance should you have some. The referred audiologist was nice, friendly, and spot on in adjusting the chosen hearing aids and I look forward to seeing her again for adjustments on follow up. If you are in the market for hearing aids you need to talk to Zips! 5 stars is an understatement.

I have needed/wanted hearing aids for several years, but whenever I went to an audiologist, the expense of getting hearing aids was too steep for me. Then I read about Zip-Hearing and thought it had to be too good to be true. It actually is too good to be true -- but it's true. Jeff, who runs the place, has an amazing business model -- one that makes it affordable for most people -- and, as opposed to other-the-counter hearing aids (which are "good enough," but not good), he hooked me up with an terrific audiologist included in the already reduced price. I cannot recommend ZipHearing enough. It made the impossible possible. (P.S. I can hear clearly now)

Grant at Zip Hearing was informative, patient and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, and the follow through by the local hearing professional was excellent. The price saving over my prior audiologist was significant as well. All in all a very pleasant transaction.

ZipHearing Delivers! So often when making a substantial purchase the hype sounds too good to be true. And for me, this was my 3rd set of hearing aids in 6 yrs. The other devices did not perform as expected and this time I knew I had to spend BIG BUCKS to get any kind of quality of life. The professional staff who I trusted quoted $7,000 for any of their top line brands. I went so far as trial testing their brands and was fitted for the one I liked. Then back at my office while doing a search on something not related to hearing aids, a ZipHearing pop-up ad appeared. If you have seen the ad with Jeff Hall, it was fast paced, loaded with customer data, and a promise of big money savings. ZipHearing delivered. Same exact hearing aid I was fitted for at thousands of dollars savings. Thank you for being an honest company to do business with! Highly recommend!!

I saw an online ad for Ziphearing and was interested in new hearing aids. I clicked on it, got a quick response, and was soon talking to someone. The simple process was explained to me, so I pursued it. I went to the recommended audiologist, got a hearing test, and discussed and selected new hearing aids. The paperwork was done for me. I got my new hiring aids in a few days and a week later Ziphearing called to confirm my satisfaction. The whole process was simple and smooth. I am very satisfied with the experience--and hope they are still around when I need my next set of hearing aids!

Zip hearing, took care of all of the steps, from the locating a provider to coordinating with them, to sending the device in a really timely fashion, and finally to filing all the paperwork with the insurance company, so I could be reimbursed. Importantly, they did all of this professionally, and without being pushy. I’d come to Zip hearing a little disillusioned from a previous provider, and frankly was skeptical if their claims were true, but, as it turns out they are – – their service is very high-quality, and they get great products in a really timely fashion and let the customer make their own choices. There is no pressure sales push here; highly recommend.

I can't remember a company that is more customer focused than ZipHearing. Hearing aids can be expensive even with the great deal that ZipHearing offered, so I needed to be sure the make and model of the device was right for me. After my telephone conversation with the ZipHearing Rep, I was given over a month to wear and test the devices from the two recommended manufactures. I chose the one that suited me best and returned the other for a full refund. Also, the local ZipHearing provider did a great job fitting and programming the hearing aids.

Grant and the whole Ziphearing team were clear, responsive and economical! I was able to be scheduled, get tested and obtain custom fit hearing aides all within 10 days. …. At a lower price than any other place I could find. I really appreciated them submitting my insurance claim too.

Customer service was outstanding. Jeff Hall is a very valuable employee for this company. He listened to my concerns and never tried to steer me wrong. What he quoted me, was the price out the door. That price was well below the quote I received from the ENTs office. There was 1 minor hiccup which he jumped on and resolved in less than 24 hours. When I called he knew it was me and treated me with respect and care. I can only recommend this company to everyone I know who may in the future need hearing aids. Kudos to you guys at Zip Hearing.

At first i was a little hesitant to buy my 3rsd pair of hearing aids online. I spoke with Jeff Hall the owner of Zip hearing and he was extremely efficient and honest. I went for the best that was out there and was treated very well with Beau at hearing sciences of walnut creek. The first phonak pair didn't work for me. They extended trial period and gave me widex aids which didn't really improve the situation. I returned the aids and jeff refunded my full purchase price the same day. Even though i'm still in the hunt to improve my hearing, I would definetly use them again and there were substantially than the hearing services quote in Pleasanton, Ca. This company rocks and are trustworthy. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
