Booked with zippy holidays in January paid monthly was very helpful any questions answered right away would highly recommend them and Shaun was very friendly when I was stressing 10/10 😊

Henry was excellent. Always prompt replies to my questions and queries. So helpful. I will definitely be using zippy holidays to book in the future.

Michelle has been very friendly, helpful and completely informative, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions, she sent me pictures, messages even calls back to make sure I have received everything and when she made a slight mistake with the money she was straight on the phone apologizing and for that I am extremely grateful. My husband and I have a special needs daughter and Michelle was very sympathetic and offered us other choices. Our holiday isn't until Feb 2024 but as for customer service goes she is lovely and I highly recommend her 😁

I contacted Zippy travel in order to book a package holiday to Disneyland Paris and was assisted by Michele who was so proffesional and helpful. She arranged the flights,hotel,transfers and the attraction. tickets and made me feel at ease and confident that the holiday would be special. Thank you so much Michele. We went to Disneyland Paris for my sons 2nd birthday and what an amazing, stress free trip we had!! Basil was fantastic with accommodating every thing i asked for, everything was perfect and VERY good prices too! We will definitely be booking with zippy holidays again and i HIGHLY recommend.

Well what can I say apart from wow ! From start to finish Henry from zippi made our holdiay I missed my flight and Within 1 hour he sorted the whole thing out truly a magical holdiay I would 100% use this travel agency again and a special thank you to you Henry you are an amazing agent and a real credit to your company thank you again so much magical memory’s to last a life time 🫶

I had extremely helpful James he helped me with my package holiday for Disney land Paris so helpful and I'm over the moon my children and we are going as a family without his help this would not be possible as he included everything stress free flights hotel tranferes park tickets all included great happy serve thankyou James

James from Zippys organised our adventure to Disney Paris. He has been brilliant as he is trying to accommodate for 4 families. I deffo recommend James and zippy for an efficient and value for money service and trip.
