Avoid at all costs - Terrible Company

Avoid at all costs, we arrived into Tenerife South, which took us 1 hour 40 to get through passport control, the driver abandoned us and left, we had to get a taxi at an extra cost of €42.
They should monitor the situation, as it’s common news at present at Tenerife.
I explained the situation and they offered and showed zero empathy.
This was the second time in 6 weeks they had let us down, but never again.
Terrible Terrible company.

Transfer cancelled after given incorrect information of cancelled flight.

I had transfers booked for our recent trip to Dubai. The first transfer from the airport to hotel went as planned, however with the conflict going on in the Middle East, the return transfer did not.
With the uncertainty of wether my return flight would go ahead or not, I received an email from Zip Transfers telling me my flight had been cancelled. This was news to me as i had not heard anything from Emirates and there was nothing online to suggest otherwise.
I was told that without another flight number, i could not hold the transfer booking so the only option was to cancel.
This meant i would not be eligble for a refund as it was within the 48 hour period before my flight.
As it turns out, the information they provided was wrong and my flight did indeed go ahead as planned. I had to book an alternative transfer (travelling with a 5 month old boy and wife with mobility issues).
They are refusing to provide a refund, stating that it was my instruction to cancel the booking, even though i could not keep the booking open on the chance my flight went ahead.
Poor customer service all round and lack of empathy given the situation.

Abandoned with no assistance

Had booked airport transfers nearly a year in advance. Transfers from airport was fine but the driver failed to show for the return trip. We waited the recommended 10 minutes then phoned the support line. They got in touch with their local supplier who said there was some problem with their drivers and they wouldn't be picking us up. Just what you need when you're catching a plane.

The support line were unable to offer any help whatsoever, wouldn't even call a local taxi firm for us when I told them we were staying at the top of a hill 20 minutes walk from the nearest taxi rank and with 2 suitcases, cabin bags etc. Just left us stranded and said we'd get a refund. Appalling service and the last time they see a penny from me.

This is the company for dirty old vehicles and unsafe drivers

If you want dirty, old, unsafe vehicles then choose Zip transfers. Also includes drivers who speed and use their mobile phones while transporting passengers. Do NOT use this company for your own safety. Had two distressing journeys, high speed, rickety old vans, drivers using mobiles while driving. Gave Zip Transfers the opportunity to deal with this, their offer was 15% off future journeys - they DO not take safety seriously.

Missed pick up time

Pick up on the way out to Hotel was okay, journey okay.
Pick up on way home driver turned up thirty minutes late.
By which time my husband and I were very stressed to say the least and we had already loaded the JET2 bus with our luggage. We then had to remove our luggage from the bus which annoyed the bus driver. The Zip trf driver was not apologetic in any way in fact he was quite annoyed that he was only picking up two passengers. He intimated that he was picking up ten people. So instead of arriving in plenty time we were having to rush and as my husband uses a walking aid this was very stressful.

I've used zip transfers for 5 years…

I've used zip transfers for 5 years now,Great freindly service meet me at airport with my name on card, take our suitcases and drop us at hotel and when you book it tells you what time you'll be picked up, never been let down,would highly recommend and great prices

No Hassle Transfer Service

Driver was waiting for us at the airport on arrival, very helpful and took us straight to our hotel. On return the driver arrived at the agreed time and returned us to the airport. Great service, competitive pricing. Will use again on futures visits.
