Excellent on time there and back have used Zip for Tenerife & Cran canaria 5 star

On arrival at Arrecife Airport no one there to greet us. Called help line who said they would call back but failed to do so. I phoned them again and said it would be 5 mins but still no one turned up. Spoke to a travel rep from another company that was there who contacted the driver and said another 15 minutes, overall delayed by 40 mins waiting for the driver to arrive at the airport.

Simple booking process. Excellent communication regarding pick up point on arrival. Friendly and safe driver. Over all great service.

We booked transfer from the airport in Gran Canaria to Puerto Rico and return. When We arrived to the airport there wasn’t any taxa to pick is up. We called and they said it was there. Still no taxa. We called again - same answer. We waited and called 3rd time, and they said it was canselled. They promised we would get a full refund. It 16 days ago. They don’t reply when we write to them and still no refund.

Driver on time and very pleasant ! What more could I ask ??

The driver was waiting for us even though we were delayed by 2hrs. He was friendly and carried our bags to the car. He was on time when we were coming home. I would highly recommend this company.

This company took some finding on google search, however. What a find. The service from booking to pick up and transfers were awesome. The ride was punctual with a friendly driver who drove safely. We had the same driver for the return trip and it was faultless.
Cost was reasonable and much cheaper than the larger companies who were advertising.
I will use them again.

On time,drivers considerate and helpful especially as my wife has a mobility issue.

We use zip a couple of times a year. It always goes seamlessly and they are dependable and safe.
We have a wheelchair and they cater well for us.
I recently accidentally booked our transfer home a day late and their customer service rectified it efficiently

2nd time Ive used Zip Transfer.... A friendly greetwaiting at the airport and punctual for the return journey, and definately cost effective for a private transfer....

I had to cancel my holiday. Even though I'd booked the cheapest transfer I could find with Zip they refunded my payment without any problems.

I have used this service on numerous occasions and our latest trip did not disappoint. Driver arrived on time and helped with all our luggage. My go to taxi service.

We had to wait almost 45 mins at the airport for our transfer to arrive - the late arrival was blamed on traffic …. however as this is a usual issue this should have been taken into account - other travellers using zip transfers were away quickly. The experience has put us off booking with you in the future.
