Excellent customer centric experience !
The Ziwy representative (I got the Founder twice I think) understood my requirements and took a lot of pains to generate options - for using my credit card points to buy an award ticket - keeping my dates/airlines/layover time/sectors in mind. He was not a clock-watcher - twice agreeing to continue the discussion past the 1hour paid for till he was able to give a solution that met my requirement

I have been interacting with the team and I find them veryresponsive. Respond at 7 am in morning and as late as 9 pm. I am 72 yrs of age and can't get cards. They have helped me and guided me.
