First off I love the product line. We have a RGS-30 which has issues. I called the help number regarding a solution and to find out options. Rebecca Johnson handled my questions promptly and with highest degree of professionalism. I missed notification of a recall on our unit and was pleased to be able to exchange with no problems. Had a fridge fail within 15 days of end of warranty. Tried for weeks to order parts to fix. MFG required me to send in all sorts of documentation just to be able to order the parts. Finally ordered a mo th ago, still no parts. Tried to log in to check on the shipping status, MFG made me download a 3rd party app to my phone, only to find out the parts order hasnt been picked up yet. Seriously bad customer experience for a 6K fridge.

I purchased a few ZLINE appliances for my custom luxury home thinking I was getting a quality product at a reasonable price. However, this is far from the truth. Here are my experiences with two of the products:
RA-SN-48 (Legacy Series Dual Fuel 48" range): The left oven burns everything. The main oven runs the fan when on bake and convection. If you use the bake setting, nothing cooks (it takes 2x-3x the time any recipe calls for). When on convection setting, you must constantly rotate the tray because the rear will burn and overcook while the front of the oven will be undercooked. How does this happen in convection mode? Also, the main door does not align and close fully. It can be adjusted and falls right back into an unaligned state. This has been since we owned the oven.
MWO-30-SS (30in convection microwave oven): The oven part of the microwave quit heating today. The convection fan runs, and it says it's preheating on the display, but the element is cold to the touch. This appliance is 2 months out of warranty so I'm having to call a repair person.
Run far away from their products they don't belong in luxury homes or really any home unless you like wasting money and causing yourself frustration every night at dinner.

I had an issue with my stove, which is a bummer because it's only 2 years old. But once I got in contact with customer service, they assessed the issue and even agreed to send me a part free of charge even though it was not still under warranty.

BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a ZLINE Appliance package-30" Duel Fuel Range, Range Hood, and 3 Rack Dishwasher, 3KP-RARH30-DMV for our new home which was built about a year ago. One positive, the dishwasher is pretty quiet. However, it takes a long time to dry the dishes even with the extra dry cycle on. I do not like the configuration on the inside of the dishwasher, and the silverware tray is a joke. I ending up buying a new silverware tray and threw the one that came with the dishwasher away. The Range Hood works fine. The Duel Fuel Range has given us a few problems. It is very noisy when it heats up and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the desired temperature! The oven runs about 25 degrees hot and according to ZLINE can not be calibrated. The left front burner flickers when set to simmer. Their customer service is horrible and not solution oriented, they make it VERY difficult to get help!! I wish I had the decision to make over, because I would have spent a bit more money and got either GE or Thor.

🚫BUYER BEWARE🚫🚫🚫 Within not even 2 years of having the Zline 48inch range, refrigerator, and a dishwasher I have had issues with them ALL. There is only a year warranty on these high-end products. I have a $1,500 dishwasher that is broken and has to be replaced. A 48 inch stove with only 3 working burners out of the 7 on the stove, a over that won't work as well. A fridge that has a broken ice maker. I expected to have quality and durability with my high-end purchases. If you want something that will last don't buy Zline. 🚫🚫🚫

Purchased appliance package from Premium Home Source. The purchase was seamless, the experience with Zline --horrendous. I've had to experience service on every appliance. Yesterday, now out of warranty by almost a year, the stove explodes.

***Every one of them has had issues.***
1. Dishwasher control panel failed. Parts were unavailable for months. Finally got that resolved.
2. Refrigerator ice/water control panel failed. Luckily that was still under warranty. Poor design. The cable that connects the panel routes over the top drawer track/wheel. It will fail again. It's a matter of time with daily usage.
3. Yesterday- the oven bit the dust. Aside from what has seemed to be a faulty circuit for the stove top- constant wheezing and flickering control lights, and oven fan **always** running (been trying to troubleshoot that for over 6 months), the oven burst into flames at 250°. The element exploded.
ZLINE quality control needs to be checked.
Warranty needs to be 3years at a minimum.
Misearblely expensive ZLine experience. These are over-priced "luxury" appliances with entry-level performance. Shameful.

ZLINE has taken zero action to communicate outside of some generated form via Trustpilot.
The oven is useless. The quality is inferior. Hefty price tag for these appliances to have this level.of failure in every appliance purchased in the package.

Zline has put Premium Home Source (PHS), the entity from whom I purchased all appliances, out in front of this engagement. The PHS rep has been communicative; however, judging by the "..." in every reply, she is merely conveying Zline's direction.
That stipulated- communication began with the offer to troubleshoot the problems.
My reply: " How does one troubleshoot poor quality?"
Zline/PHS 's reply: " They will be refunding you as soon as you return the unit."
What strikes me as a red flag is the ambiguity of expected process.
In comes the theatre of the absurd: when I pressed for clarification on the process... mind you 22 email exchanges later... I am expected to box everything up for the freight company.
Let that sink in, folks.
Am I to have kept all packaging for 2 years? Does this not smack of another woeful level of quality that buyers are to keep appliance boxing for a length of time?
Or... is this Zline's attempt to make me give up?
But wait. It gets better notice the accommodation in the event I didn't keep the shipping materials?
"You will need to provide your own materials to secure the range and accessories to a pallet. ZLINE will not be able to supply these materials.

So, am I to feel that Zline is offering me an exceptional customer experience? Am I to feel victorious in their thwarting of responsibility onto me to navigate their poor quality and shipping protocol? And the refund-- that comes when the unit arrives somewhere.

Their customer service answered my email in a reasonable amount of time considering the incident happened during the Christmas and New Year's holidays. I then called them to explain the details and they promptly offered to replace the stovetop. They were professional and very pleasant to deal with.

ZLine makes completely shit products. Not only has our oven consistently been unable to maintain temperature, but the ZLine microwave display has completely gone dark and is barely is able to function. We have attempted to contact support have failed to be able to get in any contact with them. Shitty products from a shitty company. Do not ever buy a single product from ZLine.

"Mary" and her quick, efficient and ultimate outcome is exactly what made my experience fantastic. First, I called not expecting much. Short version. My drawer style microwave stopped working and was out of warranty. It wasn't far out of warranty, but it had passed. My house was a new build and I didn't have any paperwork on the unit. Mary spent 30 minutes trying to locate my invoice from our builder. Amazingly, she located it. Mary was so pleasant to talk with and assured me, they could work with me in a solution. I contacted ZLINE Customer Support concerning functional issues with my range. The Customer Support contact was Stephanie. After describing the range issues, she immediately diagnosed the situation and provided clear and concise instructions (both verbally and written) on what actions I needed to take. I completed the actions which she provided which further validated her diagnosis. Upon submission of range photographs accompanied with answers to a few product ID questions via email, she immediately followed up with a phone call advising the next steps that she would be taking resolve the issues. I could not be more impressed with her professionalism and the amazing customer support. Having led large global organizations for 50 years, to include overseeing global call centers, I know talent when I see it/hear it. I found her product knowledge, communication skills, responsiveness, and follow through were amazing. Bottom line, Stephanie is the amazing representative for ZLINE which is a great company.

The company rep Raleigh was very attentive to the issue of the range having broken glass in the door and guided us the process for requesting a replacement door. Raliegh made the process move smoothly. We are a small time contractor only doing 3 to 4 new species homes a year, but intend to continue using Zline products. Thanks!
