Dylan immediately answered my question about converting my range hood to a recirculating one, which was not covered in the manual, and he even sent me a link to the parts I need in an email, along with a link to an instruction video for installing them.

Hope in Lampasas

After a second round of a failed part we still do not have a working oven, but hopefully that will change soon, as Nick worked with us to get a replacement part shipped out. Nick was empathetic and listened to our background history on the oven. He was professional and friendly, and gave us hope to get our new oven fixed for the holiday. He followed up on his promises, and he is giving us more confidence that we did the right thing in paying more for a Zline product.

What a great team you have at Zline

What a great team you have at Zline. As a developer, we installed 3 high end condos with Zline autograph appliances ( truly an eve-catcher) and Zline shower systems. During construction, some of the systems were damaged and in need of replacement. Tonya worked with us to identify the needed parts and quickly turned around the replacement parts and shipped them directly to my office. In these days of customer service phone nightmares, Zline connected with not only a “real person” but one with a true and sincere concern for the builder and the reputation of her company. Job well done!

ZLINE Spring Faucet

I purchased my faucet and sink one because it was American made and second because it was made in Tahoe! Having lived in Reno for 17 years before moving to Indiana, once I saw where the company was from, I was sold.
Alex was so helpful when I called with my problem, made sure he knew exactly what the issue was, confirmed the information before closing the call. He wasn't in a hurry to get me off the phone and took the time to listen to the problem.
If I ever need any other kitchen or bath product that ZLINE makes down the road, I will be buying from ZLINE again!

The customer service was amazing

The customer service was amazing. I needed a couple parts to fix my Zline range. From the point of me first contacting them to receiving the parts was just over a week, and I'm on the other side of the continent up in Canada.

ventless hood

I ordered and had installed a ventless hood model 520. In the back there is a place for 2 heating lamps. That’s the good news. The bad news is that the switch to turn it on and off is inside to hood. You have to lift up the metal filter to get to the switch.
I called and basically said too bad. They told me it works. Dumbest design I’ve seen. The engineer should be fired and so should the customer service girl.

She helped me troubleshoot and even called me back after discussing some of the issues with her supervisors. Her professionalism was outstanding. DO NOT BUY

I purchased a Zline 36inch Dual Fuel free standing oven from Lowe's in September of 2023. We remodeled the kitchen before moving in and it got installed November 21, 2023. We moved in December first. Well in less than a year (October of this year) of using it the bottom heat element burnt out. I called them and they sent me a new part but I was on my own finding someone to install it. After calling over a dozen repair places I convinced one to install it for me. He was hesitant as he hates working on Zline. Well he installed it and it brok within 30 minutes (it was installed correctly). Bu. not only did the replacement heat element break the whole oven broke (first time as only the bottom element and the broil function/fans worked). The replacement part was 'faulty' according to customer service rep. At this point it's already been two weeks. So they send me another heat element and now a thermostat which I was told would fix the entire problem. After complaining some they finally agreed to cover me under warranty and send someone to repair it instead of me begging people to do so.

Finding someone willing to repair it took another two weeks (we're at a month already) and the repair company they got they had to beg to come out bc they hate Zline. The guy came to fix it and big shock it didn't work. Not only did it not work but they had absolutely no clue what was wrong with it. He tested every wire. Replaced both parts. And the owner of the repair company couldn't tell me w was wrong with it (he has over 20 years experience). Great right. The repair company contacted Zline to send a third set of parts one of the parts being another thermostat be the one they sent me may have been.. you guessed it.. 'faulty.
Two faulty parts, two different shipments. What ever I've been patient. Zline decided to send the third packed snail mail (the first two were over nighted).
But it was not only snail mail it was coming from freaking Puerto Rico and took A WEEK to leave their facility. I live in central NC USA so Puerto Rico isn't fast shipping. Not only that once the repair guy left it broke more, now one of the burners only turns on about half the time. Yes the burner is on correctly and the gas is fine because all the other burners work. And I just had a safety/leak check for my propane take on November 5th. I also cannot stress enough that the repair company didn't want to work on my oven to begin with and now they have to come back and try again.

At this point I'm FUMING. l've been so nice so patient with all of this. Butttt I own a business the requires the use of my stove. I sell sourdough as a small income to afford things like Christmas for my family as l'm a stay at home mom. So 6 weeks without my oven is already detrimental for my f but now I have to wait longer and no one can guarantee these parts will even work. Plus the repair company can't even get to me until after thanksgiving. I called to see if they could offer a partial refund. I don't even care if they take the oven back. With Black Friday coming up I want to utilize the sales and potentially replace it (not with their brand I'll never trust them). I was told they are going to do everything to attempt to fix it but it's already been six freaking weeks and three different parts. I will never recommend them to any one. Horrible business. The fact the no one wanted to come out and repair it spoke volumes to me. The repair company that did come out reiterated how horrible they are. DO NOT BUY ZLINE I'm putting a review every possible website I find where they are sold to let people know how horrible they have been. A 3000$ stove should not break within 11 months.

Great customer service!

The customer service representative, Ryleigh, was professional and helpful. She was able to help me find the right part for my range hood and provided a list of other compatible parts for future repairs. Honestly, this is the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. A newfound hope in humanity.

Excellent Service During Recall Process!

As the result of a recall of our RG36 gas range, ZLine provided multiple options in an effort to "make things right", one of which was replacing our range with a [factory new] RA36 duel fuel unit.

At each point of contact throughout the recall process, ZLine agents were incredibly helpful by answering tech questions and explaining features of the replacement [RA36] compared to our old gas range as well as coordinating the delivery of the new range and removal of the old one using a professional "white glove" service.

Admittedly, the original gas range had several quirks (ie; it made a loud noise when preheating due to expansion/contraction of the interior metal housing, had uneven bake temperature, etc].

However, we're really glad that we opted for the RA36 duel fuel range! It is very quiet during the preheat/cool down period and the oven provides a more even baking temp compared to the gas oven. Also, the new stovetop burners are dramatically better than our old range... with much smoother function.

ZLine continues to provide stellar service and support after the recall process and we continue to be impressed by their commitment to providing a quality product to consumers.

Better than AI

The woman that listened to me describe my problem was very knowledgeable about your product. I was surprised when she said that the two range hood lights were "in series" with the transformer secondary voltage output. So refreshing to hear a person that knew what time of day it was.

Beautiful range but don’t buy it!

I purchased a Zline range because I thought it was beautiful and because it is an American company. When it was delivered, the dealer did not know how to set up the gas burners. So I had to pay my gas company to set the burners. Then I tried to use the oven. It would not maintain a steady temperature. After months of phone calls and emails, the company told me that they thought my oven door was not installed properly. Their solution was that I should repair it myself. I would not recommend buying any products from this company.

ZLine Customer Care is Excellent

My phone wait time was only 2 minutes. Alex was extremely helpful and patient, and was promptly able to find my original order from Costco. ZLine support and help is excellent with a high level of customer service. The instructions for information and pictures to help diagnose my issue were very detailed and helpful. So far, this is the best and most responsive appliance customer support I’ve ever experienced.
