My experience of ZOE began when your superb Covid interactive website was such an informative guide. From there I discovered your passion for good nutrition and your weekly podcasts.
In my opinion ZOE is zero hype and very useful solidly scientifically based advice and guidance.

Joined ZOE this morning. I had a few teething problems with scanning items and receiving my emails. AI support was very quick to respond and also Qudrat - part of the ZOE Team. Quickly resolved and now looking forward to getting started and using the app 🤩

However, once I was able to have dialogue with a colleague D…. Of the customer support team she couldn’t have been more helpful and solved my problem immediately.
The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the chat bot recognised that I needed contact with a person but it took a bit longer to reach that stage.

Great efficient service from first AI then in person by Daisy . Even as an older user it’s so user friendly the new app I much prefer it . Best thing for all our health is this app

I was a member of ZOE and used the old app. It had flaws, but it was light years ahead of the new mess that is Zoe 2.0.
The new app is childish, oversimplified, and feels like a beta version. You can’t even see your daily score until the following day, making tracking progress throughout the day impossible. Taking photos of your meals is not mindful eating despite what the app tells you, and the AI is laughably inaccurate for anything beyond the simplest dishes.
Manually logging food is a chore, and I desperately miss the old ‘describe my meal’ function and the ability to scan a recipe or ingredient list — it made logging effortless.
Being “rewarded” with beans and a cartoon character is insulting, not motivating.
It’s one thing to say you’re listening and will improve the app “over time,” but this is a massive step backwards. It’s baffling how this disaster was signed off in the first place.
I’ve cancelled my subscription and will only consider re-joining if there’s a complete overhaul. ZOE, seriously, listen to your users... almost nobody has anything positive to say about this app. Launching it in this state was reckless and frankly embarrassing.

While I enjoyed using the app for a while and recipe and other advice were useful - I was disappointed once I decided to cancel to find out that despite paying monthly, Zoe are going to continue taking payments from me for 7 months after my cancellation before they listen to their customer wishing to cancel.
I guess this is what there is talk at the moment of the need to change the law around how companies take control away from customers who subscribe to their services.

I received an answer to my recent query almost immediately . The personnel at Zoe have always been super helpful and attentive, understanding and informative .. Emily was great this time too, I had been anxious for some reason about doing my gut retest .. I need not have worried .. it’s all sorted! Honestly , this is customer service at its best.

I had experienced problems logging meals , then the email re. update your app arrived so I tried to do so , unsuccessfully so sent an email last night , not expecting an immediate response. Within a few minutes Fin one of the IT team contacted me . Hence with his information I am contacting you on the app.
