AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! It is a total and utter scam! Lucky I paid through PayPal and got money back! The suits etc look gorgeous for $179.99, but what you get is stuff that you could use for RAGS!!! Do not buy from! They have a neutral Bay Sydney address to which is a complete and utter lie!! Stay away from this WEBSITE!!!! Only have 1 star so it registered!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Zoe Sydney is an absolute scam and a lie. They say they're based in NSW and care about their carbon footprint, but in reality, they are based in China and all their products are shipped from a warehouse there. I spent 32 days waiting for a dress to arrive, and I had contacted them twice, only to be told "be patient" and "it says shipped two days ago" when it hadn't. In the end, they didn't even ship me my dress, but rather a "version" of my dress that looked like it had been done in two minutes. It was completely different to what I had ordered and didn't even come with labels or tags. To top it off, they also will not provide me a full refund despite this, and expect me to pay for expensive overseas shipping to China, even though they say they are based in Sydney. Genuinely avoid it; it has been the worst experience I have ever had in dress ordering.

I purchased suits from their store…

I purchased suits from an online store in July. However, the items I received looked completely different from the images on their website — which I later discovered were AI-generated.

Their website advertised “free purchase and free refund,” so I requested a refund. I was instructed to post the items back to China, which cost me over $40 in postage. It has been several months since August, and I still haven’t received my refund.

Omg avoid like the plaque

Omg avoid like the plaque! Fighting to get a full refund on an item which was so wrongly advised! Paid almost £70 for a ‘dress’ with a ‘beaded corset bodice with bone structure and padding’ what arrived was an absolute joke!! A flimsy sequined top and a skirt! The quality is so utterly poor and the sequins are all falling off! They are trying to get me to pay to return but it says if item is faulty you will not be charged! Plus it was mis-sold! Luckily I have paid through Klarna so fighting this claim! Please avoid! They are absolute scammers!!

Do not buy from this company!!

Do not buy from this company!!! Chinese company claiming to be Australian. I wanted to return an item for a larger size and was told I had to pay my own shipping to China. Contacted a “Sydney office” and was told no stock available and I’ll have to post the item to China for returns. No where on website does it say you have to pay for own shipping of returns to China. My email response was AI generated and made no sense. Again, do not buy from this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!!’n

Just like so many other reviews, I wish I had read them before purchasing. I placed my order and about an hour later emailed to cancel but was told they couldn’t because their “system automatically sends the item.” What?!
Not long after that reply from “Chloe” (if that’s even her real name), I received a shipping email, yet the parcel didn’t actually send for another 5 days!

I clearly said I no longer wanted the item, so why force me to go through the headache and cost of returning it when it could’ve easily been cancelled? When it finally arrived, from China, not Neutral Bay, the quality was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! faulty zipper, loose threads, VERY VERY cheap fabric! This was supposed to be a luxurious evening dress but it looks like a cheap costume you’d find at Kmart.

Chloe ignored every question about their Sydney address and refund policy. She insisted I must pay for return postage to China, even though their website says defective items are returned free of charge. When I mentioned the ACCC and Fair Trading, she simply ignored it.

After researching, I discovered many other customers with identical experiences, same excuses, same poor quality, same fake “Sydney” story. They even steal designer photos to sell cheap imitations!

This company is completely deceptive. I will be reporting them to ACCC and Fair Trading NSW to hopefully stop them misleading more Australians…

Misleading

After ordering online and then not receiving any updates after 2 weeks I emailed customer service only then to be told they don't do the colour I ordered and what replacement colour did I want. I ordered a particular colour for a reason. It's misleading to advertise a product they don't have intentionally. Taking peoples money for a product they you don't have. I tried calling and it's seems like it's a call service. The voice message indicates their hours of operation which apparently are false as no one was there to answer the call.

Should I not receive an immediate and full refund I will have not hesitation in contacting Office of Fair Trading to file a complaint.

Cancelled my order within 30 minutes…

Cancelled my order within 30 minutes but they ignored it, shipped the item anyway, and told me I’d have to pay to return it to China — even though they claim to be a Sydney-based business. Completely misleading and unhelpful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Quality not existent

I didn't realise the dress came from China as the site looks like they are based in Sydney.
The dress came and looks nothing like the images on the website. It is not even the same fit or material.

This is a scam and you are paying standard pricing for shein and temu quality items!

I don't know if I will ever receive my item

I ordered a coat August 19th and it's now October 1st with still no coat. I've sent emails to their support team, with little to no response besides an automated message that they would respond within 24 hours. They said my item shipped, but then provided no tracking. Now I've received tracking but almost a month and still no movement from "order received..."

Scam Business

The item I purchased said it had velvet bows however did not and now they are saying to get a refund I have to pay for it to be shipped to China. When it says clearly on their website incorrect items will be refunded with no shipping charge.
There is no number for support just an email address which is clearly being answered by ChatGP. This business has to be a scam, very disappointing experience and poor quality.

Bought a handbag which looked a lot bigger than it is.

Bought a handbag which looked like a fairly large tote. It’s tan leather (faux leather) with a gold lock. cost was $129.00. The bag is actually very small and not like the photos shown on the website. Although the bag is good quality the size is not what I expected.
Not sending it back because the reviews state this is a nightmare.
Won’t be buying from Zoe again.

AVOID

Dress sent to the completely wrong state. Requested a refund as I no longer needed the dress as it didn’t arrive in time and “Chloe” in customer service did not acknowledge my request for a refund at all. Instead she resent the dress after their mistake when I clearly said do not send me the dress anymore I would like a refund. Also dresses and customer service responses coming from China when they say on their website they are in “neutral bay NSW”. Huge scam.
