If only I could give this company zero…

If only I could give this company zero rating, I would!
I purchased a “ cashmere”long cardigan and the trash which arrived looked nothing like the picture. It was badly made and no animal has material like that. No labels, no washing instructions and threads hanging out. I normally read reviews but unfortunately not this time.To add insult to injury ,the product returned to China will cost almost as much as the actual product . !!! So folks , always read reviews before buying !
Later today . I actually recently had a reply in which I was offered a twenty percent refund with the option of keeping the garment.
The generous refund on a cardigan of £45.95 …… £8.99!!!!!)

Do not buy from this company sizes are…

Do not buy from this company sizes are too small and when you return the item the return address is to the Netherlands which you have to pay about 25,00 postage to be , tracked rip of website and they have a cheek to offer you so much money back. Totally rip you off stay clear.

BEYOND Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. As a vendor we pay to have a listing..... If you search your area for the service you provide, Your NOT even listed on the TOP?????? WTH!! Then they say you can pay more to have a top listing in your area... OK? Just my area? Then they said my photos go against their policy because my LOGO has my number in it. I read their Policy and it does NOT state that we cannot have phone numbers or Web Addresses listed. BTW, their Policies are quite lengthy.... Guessing they have been sued a few times.. By being a vendor on their page, it even states that you CAN'T bring them to a Jury Trial... (Guessing they lost) LOL!!

Their idea of support is offering to take more of your money

I recently purchased 20 upload your own magnet save the dates. I had to do upload your own because the fonts kept reverting during check out. I got a design together and ordered a proof. Then after reviewing the proof I decided to make different changes. I changed the size of the url and rearranged the order of the photos. My fiance and I both double checked the new design when checking out and it was the updated design. However when we received our order it appears the system reverted them back to the design of the proof. I contacted Zola to make it right and they refused to accept accountability and claimed it was my mistake. I'd believe that if it wasn't also reviewed by my fiance. So the only solution they offered was a 40% discount. I shouldn't have to pay more for their systems errors. Will get my invites and everything else now from Shutterfly.

At no point in the process does Zola…

At no point in the process does Zola point out that all dollar amounts are in US dollars. So my $300.00 Canadian dollar gift turn out to be a $415.86 charge to my credit card. They offered to cancel it in 3 or more days. The wedding is in 3 days. So they offer to make an upsetting situation thoroughly embarrassing. My 1/5 score is actually high.
I'm sharing this, good to know, story with friends and family ....

Registry

A gift was purchased off of our registry (in July) and the product was back ordered until a certain date and would be delivered in late September (which is totally fine). I received an email saying Zola cancelled my order and I would receive credit for it. It was still available on the website so I ordered it again and the order was cancelled a few days later. I reached out to Zola saying that I didn’t care if the product would be delivered later because I really wanted it and a family member purchased it for us, so I don’t want my order cancelled. They responded by saying they already cancelled the order so they can’t assist me. This has been going on for weeks (since it’s still available on their website, I keep ordering it), and now it’s finally not available on their website right around the date it stated it would be delivered by. Maybe just take the product down if you don’t have them instead of cancelling the orders since I now have Zola credit which is barely enough to cover any of the similar items on your site without using my own money to cover the rest.

BEWARE SCAM RETAILER

BEWARE SCAM RETAILER I have been sent products which do not correspond to my order in terms of description and size. The parcel arrived from Farnham, UK but I am told that I need to return the incorrect goods to China at my expense. They will not refund. Have referred to my credit card company to resolve. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased.

Dodgy scam company - do not use!!

Scam company!! Ordered a cotton summer dress - what I received was an absolute piece of tat! Tacky, cheap material, too small and looked nothing like the website pic. Will teach me not to order items from Pinterest linked sites again.

Can’t give less than one star

Can’t give less than one star. Don’t even entertain the thought of buying anything from this website. They appear to be in Australia but are not. Product arrived after about a month and is such poor quality that it makes Temu look like luxury.

Do not order from this website!

I would not give the company even one star as it should not be trading. It is a complete scam. Ordered 3 dresses at a cost of £100 as supposedly they were in a sale with huge discount. Only one was sent which had poor quality fabric, no label, unprofessionally made and took ages to arrive. I sent the dress back to the return address with accompanying letter and had also sent numerous emails. The other two dresses did not arrive in time for my holiday - over 3 weeks since ordering - not sure if they ever arrived as I asked my neighbour not to accept receipt of them. Still no refund.
Appalling service, complete scam and, as stated earlier, the company really should not be trading. I think all emails sent from them in response to complaints are written by robots/AI as they do not address any concerns mentioned.

Ordered and paid for earrings supposedly dispatched the next day................ Still waiting for them and I have emailed them but not had a reply. Also since ordering I seem to be receiving lot's of scam emails......... Might be a coincidence but makes me think probably not.

Never Again

It's a shame that I didn't look at Trust Pilot rating before I ordered these trainers from Zola . I'm having the same bad experience as others.
The trainers are of very poor quality design, materials and manufacture.

Ordered a buy one get one free pair of…

Ordered a buy one get one free pair of sandals. One pair red and one in black. Took ages to arrive. Only one pair turned up. Wrong size! They offered me a 10% refund and to keep a pair of sandals that don't fit! That would be £3.99 refund! Don't waste your money. They are not based in London. But in China.

Just going through the same thing. Complete scam. Photos of other companies product. In this instance Gabour Trainers.Not true to size and Absolute rubbish. No paperwork in parcel, just in a plastic bag. Thank goodness I paid by Credit Card. In the call back process now Still waiting gor a return address. They have offered 10% off another order. !! After buying from zola and everything arriving cheap quality I decided to return as on website they state easy returns. Instead of making it easy they have back and forth emailed me about getting 10% voucher instead of returning hundreds of pounds of clothes or alternatively most recent email has stated:

Return Costs: If you decide to send the product back to our warehouse in China, please note that return shipping may incur a charge of 25-35 Euro. We would like to inform you that, as we have experienced a significant number of lost packages when using their services in the past, which further means that if the package is not returned we cannot provide you with a refund.

Complete rip off

I ordered 2 jumpers M & L for size when they eventually arrived they were both to small not true to size, poor quality and they were nothing like the picture. They say easy returns!!! Not the case I have been informed the not only will I have pay P&P but there will be import tax to pay and parcels frequently go missing in which case they not refund. You take a chance that they are delivered or end up with the cost of the goods, P&P which they say is £25-£30 and import tax!!! I have offered a refund of 10%, 20%,30%and now 40% this seems to be there limit. I wish I had read the reviews but as they were on Pintrest more fool me I thought they were OK. Beware do not buy from this company!!!
