SCAM - FRADULENT SELLING PRACTICE

This company advertised a pair of shoes, but send a product which is not the same or as good quality. When raising a request to return the product, they are based in China not UK and want the customer to send back at own cost.
Steer clear. I reported Zola to my credit card company now.

I quite agree with the other reviews.
I did not receive the dress which I had ordered, it arrived in a plastic bag with no senders details or receipt. The dress was made from 95% polyester and 5% elastine. A far cry from the pretty pale peach loose floral design on their website. I received a heinous multi floral dress in eye sore bright pinks. Poor quality and although I had measured and ordered accordingly the dress was tight.
Mia from their customer services offered a 10% discount as a return would have to be sent to Asia. I’m not foolish…. I would never give my banking details . The name Zola of London tries to bluff one that they are locally based … come on!
This is obviously a scam. Stay away from this store flaunting a London based name.

They look cheap and are not worth the money paid. Also look nothing like the photo advertised.
I would avoid at all costs.

not a label of any description on it ,,company name, size ect

Also comes under Zola London. Not sure how they are getting away with it but they are! Good reviews which are not genuine and crap quality items you receive. No customer service and no
money back. Avoid at all costs!

Items are nothing like the description, material is cheap and sizes are small.
When you come to return they do everything in their power to avoid this with offering 10% return and keep Item or keep Item 50%off new item 🤔 or 25 % and keep item.
For a full refund I had to send back to China with full tracking service and I still don't know if I will get a refund......

I ordered their stripped trousers. Advertised as red linen they are pink 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I agree with all the other bad reviews, won’t admit they are in the wrong, want me to them return to China at a prohibitive expense. They give the impression they are based in London. They started off at offering me a 10% refund I have now got this up to 35% but basically I’m still paying for a product that is not as advertised. Do not use this company.
I also need cannot understand where all these 4 1/2 reviews on Trustpilot come from am pretty sure these are not verified purchases.

Brought a dress from Zola. The dress arrived but was not the same size as I had ordered by their size chart. Emailed them and they said it needed to be sent back to Asia. My argument is the dress is not as advertised on their site its 4 inches smaller. They say I still have to pay for a tracking service which is 2 thirds of the price of the dress. I have been pushing for a free return label but they won’t send one. They offer a reduction in the price of the dress but that’s no good to me as it’s far too small. There is no telephone contact only email. I now have to decide if I pay the high postage to return it or keep the defected item. This company advertise as Zola London and I’ve seen the dress advertised under another company name too. Would suggest you avoid using them.

The registry is sooo bad. Both my mom and I could not get the shower gifts delivered to our home and not directly to the couple.

Another wedding gift I ordered for a different couple was delivered to my home instead of the couple in a different state. I had to pay an additional $70. in shipping to get it to them.

Absolutely could not access the first couple's RSVP. It indicated that we were not invited and blocked me from trying again. I contacted the mother of the bride and she said they are hearing this a lot.

Utter trash. Really poor quality. 100% polyester despite description of denim and finest quality. Utter trash.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Absolute tat! Pair of boat shoes, cheap plastic, not even any laces. Also bought a maxi dress, looks nothing like the pictures. I could’ve knocked up something better myself, bits of cotton hanging out from seams etc. looking at others experience on getting returns I’ll just use it for polishing rags.

Yes I too have been caught out by this company. I ordered a luxury linen dress and was sent a cheap and nasty 100% polyester dress. I am now in dialogue with them to obtain a refund but after reading these reviews I dont hold out much hope.

I ordered a pair of shoes, when I received the item it looked nothing like the style advertised to me. When I contacted them they said it would cost a lot to send back depending on
where it was dispatched from? I will never ever order from them again and strongly advise against anyone doing so!! Not to be trusted

Buyer beware, this company is a fraud, not based in Europe but CHINA. Wrong item sent, no exchange, item was of poor quality. Only way to get a full refund was to send item back to CHINA at own expense, not easy as stated on website, cost is prohibitive. After much haggling managed to get a 35% refund and kept item, not much use as item is unusable as compared to the advertised item. There web site has Trust pilot feedback on it but do not believe what they say.

Ordered so called orthopaedic shoes. Arrived crushed into small package and bore only a passing resemblance to the pictures. Cheap and nasty. E-mails undeliverable. Having belatedly checked reviews realise it will be pointless pursuing this further so will have to write this off and learn from it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM !!!!

DO NOT USE THEM. They are not based in London or the Netherlands. They are a Chinese based organisation and take money then do not send the goods. I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before planning an order.
They are a total scam. As mentioned in other reviews they do not mention that any returns have to be sent to China and they do you have to pay the postal costs.

Ordered a dress which was too big, asked to exchange it, told that I would have to organise and pay shipping back to China. I think the chances of them sending me a replacement are nil so won't be forking out to return. Customer service feels like just a sham. Will not be ordering anything again.

Would have given zero stars if it was possible , ordered shoes which when arrived looked nothing like what was advertised, the shoes look like they will fall apart on first use . Customer service is rubbish saying they will give 25%off or they need to be returned to china at my own cost. They don’t state when you order that they are to be returned to China .

Ordered shoes, took over 3 weeks to deliver totally the wrong size 5.5 instead of 8!) Then refusing to send correct size, offering instead 20 or 30% discount. The shoes are useless to me whatever the discount. After many emails back and forth offered 30 day money back, but without original postage charge & I would have to pay tracked postage back to China. Still trying to get rightful full refund incl postsge DO NOT USE. dodgy chinese company nothing to do with London.
