Zomro does not follow up on DMCA…

Zomro does not follow up on DMCA copyright infringement requests. They will delay any action from their side until you give up as it is not in their interest to cancel services for Zomro hosting customers that in this case do shady business, money laundering by hiding their sites with Clouflare etc.
Initially it was hard to find the abuse email contact as it is not stated on their website.
Once email sent to take down the offending content Zomro has not bothered to reply.

June 11th 2025 : situation still unresolved : they ignored all evidence sent to their DMCA copyright abuse email.

I've been using Zomro for a few months…

I've been using Zomro for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with their dedicated servers. The setup was quick, and the performance has been fantastic. The server uptime has been excellent, and I’ve had no issues with downtime. Support is also top-notch — they helped me configure my server exactly how I needed. I definitely recommend Zomro to anyone looking for a reliable, high-performance hosting solution.

Account Terminated Without Notice – Lost Data & Business

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Zomro. My account was suddenly blocked without warning due to an alleged “duplicate account” violation. No prior communication, no evidence, and no opportunity to clarify — just immediate shutdown.

I lost access to multiple active VPS servers I had paid for — including client projects — with no option to back up or recover the data. Support responses were vague and conflicting: first citing abuse, then an unpaid balance, and finally pointing to their TOS clause about multiple accounts (which I never knowingly violated).

Despite multiple polite attempts to resolve the issue via chat and email, I received no help. My account was shut down without due process or fair handling — I had trusted Zomro with over €700 in services.

If you value business continuity, transparency, or even basic access to what you’ve paid for, stay far away from this provider.

We value transparency and security for all our clients and always strive to be as open and fair as possible in our communication with customers. However, in certain cases, we are obligated to act in accordance with the Terms of Service that you accepted upon registration.

What happened in your case:
On March 6, 2025, you initiated two chargebacks in Stripe (#2420338, 2420344) without reporting any issues to our support team.
We sent you an email requesting clarification of the situation and informed you that if we did not receive a response within 4 hours, we would be forced to block your account. This notification was ignored.

On March 7, 2025, after receiving no response and receiving an official complaint from Stripe, which classified the payments as fraudulent, your account was blocked. Additionally, our verification revealed that the same card is being used in a second account — a direct violation of clause 5.15 of our terms (prohibition of duplicate accounts).

Therefore, in accordance with clauses 5.12, 5.15, and 7.6 of our public offer, ZOMRO company has the right to:

- restrict or terminate service provision upon detection of fraud attempts or account duplication;
- delete accounts and their associated services for such violations;
- refuse refunds in cases of blocking due to terms of service violations.

Account suspension and deletion, as well as refusal of refunds, are provided for in clauses 3.4, 5.12, and 7.6 of the offer.

We treat all our clients with respect, including those who find themselves in disputed situations. However, we are obligated to protect not only our own interests but also the security of our entire infrastructure, including other clients, from potential risks and abuse.

Your violations have been documented and confirmed by the payment system. We acted correctly and in full compliance with the agreement to ensure that other clients continue to receive stable and honest service.

I’ve been hosting multiple projects…

I’ve been hosting multiple projects with Zomro for a few years now, and from a technical standpoint, they’ve been rock-solid. What really stands out is their support team—always fast, professional, and really go the extra mile. Honestly, it’s one of the main reasons I’ve stayed this long. That said, I did run into a frustrating issue recently with an abuse report that didn’t seem properly verified. My server was suspended without much investigation, and it felt unfair, especially since I’ve been a long-time client with a clean history. Still, overall, it’s a strong hosting service with top-tier support. Just hoping they review how they handle abuse claims going forward.

Honestly

Zomro.com will suspend your server…

Zomro.com will suspend your server after a false abuse claim. They don’t check if the abuse report is false or true. I have proof of tickets 1236454 & 1236453 in my zomro dashboard. I can send proof if anyone wants it. I was with MIKROVPS for 8 years and I was never suspended I think I need to go back to MIKROVPS.

Suspicion of fraud.

Please pay close attention to this message! The ZOMRO service engages in suspicious activities and does not inspire trust. They may suspend your server’s operation under a fabricated reason and potentially steal your files stored there. First, they will disrupt your work, and second, under this pretext, they may review your data and, for example, steal something. I strongly discourage dealing with these people. Trust more reputable services. Their support is terrible. Avoid doing business with this company!
Something else. Before suspending your server, you will not receive any notification about an issue or be informed that you need to take certain actions or simply respond. You will only receive a notification after they have already shut down your server, claiming it was because you didn’t respond. Draw your own conclusions about their service, and under no circumstances should you store anything valuable in their environment.

We operate under the laws of the Netherlands (TOS p. 8.1–8.2) and strictly follow our procedures (TOS p. 5.1–5.13) for any server suspension, including sending prior notifications with a clear reason. We do not engage in unauthorized data access, theft, or "fabricated" grounds for shutdowns. Unsubstantiated accusations may be viewed as defamatory, subject to legal recourse. If there are concerns, we recommend contacting support with specific evidence for prompt investigation.

They allow host illegal stuff

They did not replied to my abuse report - instance of image-based sexual abuse, where media shows me under the age of 18.
They allow the website owner to continue host videos of me showing me under age of 18.
It seems that this hosting is great for pedophiles.

They reply publicly that I should contact them so they can help. Don't believe whatever they will reply here. They did not helped me. I had suicide attempt because of them.

Fortunately, I am currently taking legal action with my lawyer.
