Initially, I had a frustrating experience with Zoofy.nl. I placed an order for construction work but soon found a better offer elsewhere. When I tried to cancel, there was no option available, and my attempts to contact support and the assigned specialist went unanswered. The next day, I was finally able to cancel but was hit with a €25 fee, which felt unfair. However, after I left my review, the company reached out and refunded the fee. I appreciate the resolution and their effort to make things right. Updating my review to 4 stars for their responsive customer service.

They are either scammers, or this is the worst company I have dealt with recently, for the following reasons:
1. I posted an "ad" on Saturday morning for a job on Monday (in most cases, requesting such services implies a sense of emergency). I got confirmation the next day of someone who had accepted. You cannot decline the offer if you are not satisfied with who accepted the offer, and you either commit with him, or they charge you 25 euros.
2. Since I posted my ad within the 48 hours window, I unknowingly committed to paying an unknown person for a service or accept the 25 euros cancellation fee, in case I was not happy with who accepted the offer (the "workers" have a star review system).
3. Be aware, this is NOT a peer-to-peer marketplace, even though they clearly mislead people in that direction. A peer-to-peer system would facilitate offer and demand of individuals/workers on a website against a fee. This is not it.
4. They don't have any phone number to reach out to outside of traditional office hours, BUT they operate their business digitally on weekends, making the customer experience really cumbersome.

Everything ran smoothly via the website, I just had to select the dates available and the company searches for service workers to perform the jobs. They are also transparent regarding prices. The only issue I had was that they could not find any workers for the timeslots I proposed, so I had to add additional timeslots (the additional timeslots were in the weekend, so it was more expensive). After the worker came and performed the service, he gave me a QR code to scan and the payment was safely processed via the company.

They scam you on a service fee. I put in a request for a job. They didn’t find anyone for it. Then 2 days after they booked a person for me without me having the chance to review anything or say yes or confirm. I had to cancel the job and ended up paying 26€ for a service fee. Will never use the website again.

After 3 weeks the ventilator is already broken. Because they forgot 1 screw?
I try-out to reach them and ask for my waranty but still no response. Please dont hire the starfisch Guy from SpongeBob, he does not know what he is doing, wrecked my expensive lamp, made weird changes to my electric system and he really takes his time (€hour;)
I paid 200% after an honest booking.
Very disappointed... and way to expensive!

Extremely disappointed!
My radiator started leaking and I booked an urgent slot. The plumber arrived 2h later after telling me he will come in 30min. Ok, fine, delays happen.
Once he examined the radiator he then said he needs to order a new part. He then charged me 145Euros for inspecting the radiator. This is where the things went down hill. He made a new slot for a week after and never showed up, called me later saying he did not manage to get a part. Ok fine, delays happen, but timely communication would be highly appreciated.
Then booked a new slot a week after, but did not show up again! Called me several hours after the slot, saying he had to take his wife to a clinic for a check-up and that he would come 2h later. Did not come! Called me later, saying he is sorry and that he will come the next working day. DID NOT SHOW UP for the 3rd time! a few hours later that day I received an automatic email cancellation. He just left me hanging with unfinished job!
Wrote to the Customer Support, they replied 2 days later saying that they take this matter very seriously and will send someone new and reliable. Asked for the 3 preferred slots, it's been 6 days since I emailed them and I haven't heard from them at all!
Very frustrated, angry and with a leaking radiator! Paid 145 euros for nothing waited 3 days like an idiot! They clearly do not take this matter seriously and disrespect their own customers!
