Lost my Money for the worst toilet installation !

The service is terrible, After paying extra money for insurance that if something went wrong , they will fix it ( as advised by Zoofy), the toilet seat installation is done unprofessionally , and the toilet seat is moving around lose! , I have called with workmen, and got promises to fix it, then I got completely ignored! , I have connected Zoofy, and they promised that the worksmen will pass by and fix the toilet that is starting ti leak and cause damage, but the workesmen never showed up, and my emails to Zoffy asking either to fix my toilet are issue a refund are getting ignored !!!!

Very bad service by the technician

Very bad service by the technician, didn't fix my toilet problem, he changed unrelated piece and charged me 200 euros, this is a rip off. The only good thing is that they were on time, but what for?

Overcharged

I recently hired a handyman via Zoofy. While doing the repair, he said that his standard rate when hired directly is about 20-25% less than the one from Zoofy. Plus, he does not charge the Zoofy service fee when hired directly. In summary, he said that if I had hired a handyman directly, I would have saved 30-35% of the total cost...

Careful!

Careful! This is practically a scam!
I booked a service with Zoofy at an agreed rate of 75 euros per hour. The repair took 90 minutes. I was initially charged 150 euros (full two hours). They also added a 25 service fee. I paid. The next day, I received another invoice for 65 euros that simply said "Work". I contacted customer service and they said that the plumber "forgot" to add it in the original invoice, but refused to explain why this was added to the invoice. Then, they added 7.5 euros for late payment. At the end, I paid almost 250 euros for a job that had a "fixed"rate of 75 euros per hour and took only 90 minutes. Never again.

NEVER again

NEVER rely on the services provided by Zoofy.nl; I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a radiator replacement and opted for the warranty package. However, during the installation, the plumber damaged the pipe beneath the concrete floor leading to the radiator, causing a leak. Subsequently, my downstairs neighbors informed me of water dripping from their ceiling. In response, I had to disable the heating and drain the system.

I promptly contacted Zoofy.nl and the supposed "professional" to report the issue. However, the plumber never responded, and Zoofy.nl only replied, assuring me they would send him back to fix the problem.

Two months later I had to re-do everything, no refund or action of any kind from Zoofy.

Beware Zoofy.nl charges an extra 15% for any materials used in the job, a detail hidden in the fine print on their website.

However, the "professional" never responded, and Zoofy.nl only replied, assuring me they would send him back to fix the problem. A week has passed since then, with continuous promises but no action taken. Upon reviewing the terms and conditions of their warranty, I discovered that I am required to allow their specialist to address the issue within 30 days of the initial job. This means I still have to wait for 23 more days for someone to come and fix the leak, or else the warranty becomes void, and they are no longer obligated to cover any expenses. I am pretty sure at this point this is what they are hoping for, to avoid having to pay a large bill for demolishing the floor and searching for the leak. This situation is particularly frustrating as my apartment has been without heating and hot water for a week, amidst winter.

Furthermore, Zoofy.nl's warranty does not extend to covering the damage caused to the downstairs apartment by the water leak. I am left with no choice but to sue the professional directly. The communication with Zoofy.nl has been abysmal, displaying zero urgency; I am left waiting for their empty promises for up to 3 days. It's likely that I am not going to be able to return my money for this bodged job I paid directly to Zoofy.nl.

The initially quoted cost for the job was 275 euros, but I ended up paying an additional 75 euros for a part that should have cost a maximum of 20 euros. Apparently, Zoofy.nl charges an extra 15% for any materials used in the job, a detail hidden in the fine print on their website. If things go wrong they are not going to help you, and their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on.

Terrible customer support

I used their services twice. The first time everything went well, for the second one… the service provided by the handyman was awful in every way but specially technically. I contacted support to help me with the case, I had to insist and follow up for numerous times until they opened a new case and arranged a new visit to get the work re done and they are now charging me for it. Support is terrible as they are not replying to my emails. Don’t recommend using the website - when you most need them the only thing they will give you is extra costs and headache.
