I've been using this vpn for almost a year now. Despite attempts to tighten regulation by my country, Zoog VPN continues to work. Occasionally, problems that arise are solved. Tech support always respond.

I had problems with IPTV in Thailand. The IP kept blocking. After installing the VPN my problems were over. I also believe I was subject to hackers. This VPN has stopped that. Thank you!

Quite satisfied with the quality of the service. Only a few problems with prime video which does not allow me to watch movies with the VPN active.

I've been using it for over a year now. Everything works both on a PC, phone, and as an add-on in the Chrome browser. Responsive support. I like everything, I recommend it.

Browser extensions always logout you and must again login. Other times stuck not connect and must delete the extension and install it again.
A lot of issues on browser extensions.
Also Kazakstan servers is late a lot because I see always yellow signal

Very happy with Zoog so far. Have tried a number of VPNs and always had the same problem, high speed in, low speed out. Not with Zoog. It has the best speeds out Vs input I’ve seen so far, including what are touted as market leaders.

Works in Russia, a lot of devices included.
Great speed, not all servers have nice ping for all the time.

I have a suggestion. When the computer is not used for a long time, it automatically disconnects, or the computer shuts down without disconnecting.At this time, the computer can not connect to the Internet, whether it is the local network or the proxy network. I think this is a bug and I hope it can be fixed.

My experience with it was terrible. Having bought a subscription for 1 year, I do not get a normal opportunity to connect to the servers of the conditional USA. I use different protocols and different servers, it connects only through Wireguard, but after connecting using this protocol, Internet access is simply limited. With the rest of the protocols, the error "Failed to connect try another server or protocol" is reported. I used VPN for about 3 months, I endured it because it was possible to connect somehow, but now, when no protocol gives a connection except wireguard, which in turn simply does not load sites as if there is no Internet at all. In general, my experience is not worth the money spent.

I paid for premium account, and it worked well. Servers switches fast, and the connection speed was also fast.
But I ran into some limitations on the my ip-telephony side. It stopped connecting to the Internet.

I started to consult with Zoog support team, and they react very fast. Also i send my request to the IP-telephony support, and there they told me, that these limitations are on the IP-telephony side itself and in my case, i must use only browser extentions.

After that, I asked Zoog for a refund, and within 2 days I received my money back.

Despite my situation, i gladly recommend this VPN for usage. But first of all, you must check that all programms will work well after you run VPN.
