My dog has inflammation around the spinal cord causing her to knuckle her right foot and has a very weak right leg. We have laminate flooring at home and the Walkin’ Traction dog socks stop her from slipping. We tried thicker boots but she couldn’t walk in them and these socks are 100x better as they are thin so she can still feel the ground through them.
Not sure how they wear for walks, only used them once for a 10 min walk. Once we made sure the top of the sock was above her ankle, they didn’t slip down.

The dispatch and delivery was very quick, arriving in a couple of days on standard delivery. I would purchase from Zoomadog in the future should we need to.

Oh and the boots are gorgeous and especially helpful is the video of how to put them on! The first time we....ok I....got it wrong and Cooper was trying to walk around on the side of his foot/boot which was hysterical!!! The instructional video is invaluable and when we got it right Cooper trots around with ease. I should mention that he has a nasty corn on his front paw pad and he is now no longer limping and happy to go out, which has increased his wellbeing as his pain is less.

I originally had the small harness but we quickly realised it just wasn’t quite big enough. We ordered a medium and Camilla was kind enough to speak to the fitting department for me and ask if they could change the buckles in order for it to fit on the French bulldog wheels. They did this with no hesitation. The harness arrived a couple of days ago and it fits my dog beautifully. Thank you so much for the communication and the help with everything. Beau loves his new wheels & harness and they are going to give him the opportunity to be a dog 😊

Great company and quick delivery

I'd had a look around for good quality non-slip socks for my dog after she'd worn through her last ones. I wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand! The socks came off within hours and I'd followed the measuring advice clearly. When I contacted them they asked me to get a video of what was happening but I could never capture it. I returned the socks but because I didn't have the plastic slip that went over the cardboard they came with they refused to refund me or exchange them, which is a ridiculous policy. As if not having a plastic slip on them would mean you couldn't sell them. They lost out on a loyal customer. They also took ages to reply to emails qs others have said. So buy with caution, if you don't have any issues then you'll be fine but seems anyone with issues finds it hard to get them resolved or is fobbed off or ignored.

Very happy to recommend Zoomadog! I knew what I wanted to assist my dog in his recovery from his rear leg cruciate strain, and I soon found what I needed from the extensive choice available, covering all sorts of canine ailments! Easy ordering, quick email response, and fast delivery, excellent service! My doberman will also be very pleased that the knee brace he is now wearing, which fits just right, is going to help him get back to leaping around like a loon again!

Walking wheels from Zoomadog are amazing!
I had ordered the walking wheels for Woflie, my german shepherd as his arthritis affected his ability to walk.
The customer service for this company is brilliant. Called to query the exact size for him and to having re-order a replacement leg ring as the initial one was faulty. The delivery for both was fast!

These walking wheels were expensive but worth every penny! To see my dog, have a new lease of life, walking in the park after nearly year later, even to run, it’s worth it.

I would highly recommend this company and their walking wheels product.

Good products to help my dog

Haven’t had the cream long but after 2 weeks my dogs dry skin around his head has deffo improved looks so healthy. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like in a months time!

I brough a quad wheelchair and paid over £700 about 2 weeks ago, expecting it to be shipped within 2 days, only after a week when nothing showed up, I had to email and phone to get a update on parcel detials, only to find out that their used parcel force.....oh dear, not sure about other areas but south wales (newport) is the worse in the uk, check google reviews 1.7/5.0, 3 times their have not been to the house and getting a "Secure PIN validation not possible" which means missed delivery, so I had to contact Zoomadog to get a update and ask why their choose parcel force and get me a replacement as clearly the current one isn't gonna get to me any time soon. but all I heard from the company is lies and bull just to get me off the phone to them. wasted £700 and no refund or wheel chair and now my dog has been suffering since then, don't expect to get your item quick or within 2 days, more like 2 months. joke of a company and avoid!

I purchased an XS which was too small so then purchased a S which was too big!! You do need to be very accurate with your measurements.Alas an expensive lesson for me. But the product is well made and deserves 4 stars.

It’s good but the strap kept slipping down so it would better if it could attach to their collar or be a harness with the left protector. I kept it in for 5 days then took it off just because my dog was licking it and it got damp

Bought this cream as I read reviews on the Internet. I was extremely worried about my dog a 10yr old Shitzhu male as his skin was turning black and all his fur was coming out in those areas. I don’t particularly like taking him to the vet as they give him drugs and I prefer to go down the organic route if possible. So tried this cream for two weeks day and night and I cannot believe how amazing it is. YOU MUST PERSEVERE WITH THIS CREAM DONT EXPECT MIRACLES OVERNIGHT GIVE IT AT LEAST 2-3 weeks before you see improvement. The black skin patches skin has faded, and his fur is all growing back now like normal he is like his old self, I will continue using it and I’m amazed at how well it works and I am glad that I did not take him to the vets as they would’ve pumped him full of drugs or told me that he was really poorly. I thought I’d try this first before taking him to the vets and it has worked, so I can’t thank your company enough he was never worried or agitated by the skin condition and continues to eat, sleep and is very playful so obviously no pain so this cream has worked a treat you can see on photo where his fur is slightly less thick this area was all black and bald 3/4 weeks ago. WagWear Mojave Breathable Rubber Dog Boots, Love them so much, bought another pair!

Highly recommend them, my pug has luxating patella’s and these little rubber boots help and stop her hind legs slipping and they’re totally breathable!

These guys went through every step of our wheelchair purchase with us and we are delighted with the quality of the wheelchair - gently introduced to our spaniel and he limited use of her hind legs is supported brilliantly.

Steer clear of Zoomadog. Ordered a harness and some boots for my dog. Harness took ages to come and the wrong product was sent. I asked for a refund but was sent a replacement. Boots arrived some time later. Sent the whole lot back and received a refund minus the postage. The harness was poor quality and definitely over-priced. The boots didn’t fit and were expensive. I would avoid.
