Signed up to ZoomMail after looking at a number of platforms to deliver e-mail marketing.

Very impressed with the communication, support and information available. It's fantastic to be able to deal with actual people who are always happy to help with any queries.

The e-mail set up and sending is explained well, and straight forward once learned, but again any queries are covered with support.

The pricing is extremely reasonable too, and ZoomMail can help tailor packages to suit your specific needs as well.

I recommend the products and service.

I have recently signed up to Zoommail and before doing so, I spent a considerable amount of time with the sales and support team and they were both outstanding and patient. I've got to grips with the product and my view is that it's excellent - easy to use - user friendly and great value. I have already referred them to other people I know in business.

As a jazz musician, I use Zoom Mail for my small email list. Whenever I have contacted them, I have found their support to be friendly and efficient. A quick phone call got me through to Gary at Zoom Mail who sorted my issue within minutes. I can not recommend these guys enough, top work!

Promote their business by spam, which makes sense because that seems to be the sole purpose of their business. They make disparaging remarks about their competitors' "poor understanding of GDPR" when in reality Zoom Mail are the ones that don't understand it.

Their website proudly displays the Crown Commercial Supplier logo however the government CCS website and downloadable digital list does not list them as a registered supplier.

They removed the trust pilot link from their website but still show '5 stars' instead linking it to their own self-hosted, curated, reviews where of course no-one has anything negative to say. Very deceptive practices, from a deceptive company.

Very impressed by Gary, David and the team in getting us set up and running using ZoomMail. They took care of it all and had it sorted in a 2 days.
We are using the system to send mass emails about events and to maintain light touch contact with our clients via their automation.

They are so helpful and on the end of the phone if you have a problem!

So far everything is work very well and people are getting our emails!

Fantastic results - campaign yesterday - opening emails of 14% - truly amazing.

ZOOMMAIL with the MAX option - in ice skating terms its 10/10/10/10.

Hi we have been using Zoom since January 2021, we have used many many different email companies over the years, and have found Zoom to be the most cost effective, the platform the easiest to use that we have worked with to date. The best thing for us at Love Marketing Group is the support, Gary and Seb are always at the end of phone to help and if they're busy they get straight back to us. Would highly recommend Zoom Mail compared to other email providers.

This a good cost-effective email platform that allows us to send out high-quality mass emails to potential clients.

I have 2 more campaigns starting this week which Gary at ZoomMail is supporting, for which I am very grateful! I am learning more each time and Gary's help and explanations have been instrumental in giving me confidence. As with any tool, the data you get out of it once an email has been sent, is only as good as the data you put in to it in the first place.

The tracking feature is fantastic and gives you real time information on who has opened the mail and which links or pages they have visited. A very useful tool.

I cannot recommend Gary and Seb highly enough. They are helpful, knowledgeable and understand what you need to do to get results. Thanks guys.

ZoomMail's great. Easy to set up, use and the support (Seb) is always there when you need him. Would recommend this above other, more well-known, platforms I've used in the past. The bad reviews below (esp Grumpy Grant) don't make sense. Down to your perspective, I suppose!

This company are spammers. They claim to send marketing emails to recipients in line with GDPR regulations because of "legitimate interests"...

BUT

...the email address they sent to is totally unique and specific to one website so we are able to track exactly how it was harvested.

Their claims are total fabrications of the truth and they are just a good old spamming company masquerading as a "marketing business".

Have reported them to ICO and I urge you to do the same.

Zoom Mail have spammed me on 5 different email addresses under the guise of legitimate interest where no legitimacy has been established. This is absolutely the type of spam that GDPR was intended to stop and completely the opposite of what will win any business on a medium so open to abuse.
I suggest if you are in the same boat that you do the same as me unsubscribe and mark as spam, report to the ICO and leave a review on Trust Pilot and other platform's.

Really helpful team! Spoken to Seb many times - always happy to answer any questions whether asking about ZoomMail or email generally.

There are some very miniscule issues with the email builder platform but as long as you save your draft every so often you're good to go.

Having used various other platforms, it's very refreshing to be able to speak to a human, namely Gary, on the phone for immediate support, rather than having to wait for days tracking your support ticket and hoping that the answer you're seeking will eventually arrive.
Zoommail's USP is definitely the personal support they offer and, on this basis, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Spam company, incredibly annoying.

This company has been spamming our business email addresses. I have even unsubscribed but guess that doesn't matter to these lot.

Received a spam email from this company to an email address not signed up to any mailing list - just one on the website.

Claims to be a company that understands GDPR when it comes to email marketing LOL

Clearly scrapes the internet for email addresses.

update: just checked and i have received 4 cold emails in total within the last 2 months - sort your life out dh

Spam, unsolicited email from David Hazzard. Never opted-in to their marketing.

Their privacy policy states:

"The ZoomMail service helps companies send opt-in email campaigns. It is against our terms and conditions for ZoomMail customer to use the ZoomMail system to send unsolicited bulk emails - "spam"

... but it seems perfectly fine for ZoomMail themselves to send their own unsolicited bulk emails.

EDIT: If that is the case, why are there no details in your privacy policy about GDPR and what your legitimate interest is? If you need a refresher on how it works and what you need to do, check the ICO website.

Having spent quite some time with the default go to service, it was Soooo refreshing to talk to Gary at Zoom. The first difference is that he was interested in MY business and did not try to sell anythnig - we identified common issues i had encountered and offered solutions and suggestions to a large majority of them. We signed up straight away. The help recevied during our setup and first mailing was brilliant - it feels like Gary is part of our team.

Refreshingly, they FULLY understand GDPR as opposed to people who bandy the term around, not really knowing what they are talking about.

A great service - go for it!
