Email marketing company, who shows their lack of understanding in internet marketing by spamming companies who are unlikely to uptake.

I received 8 emails yesterday from “Mr D.Hazzard” Clearly software driven marketing!

Spam email to our company addresses. Never subscribed or looked at the website. Why would you trust a company that feels the need to send unsolicited mail shots touting their service. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole out of principle if this is the way they act. GDPR doesnt seem to apply to these muppets, so I wouldnt trust them with my data or custom

A company that is spamming me for new business is in itself hard to trust BUT one that offers email marketing and is breaking GDPR legislation is a big red flag.

I never signed up to this but have received countless emails.

Powerful email marketing platform with a personal touch and great customer service. Gary, Seb and David have all been a pleasure to work with: courteous, knowledgeable and helpful at all times. We've been satisfied with the software and have had some very good results. It works well and is very easy and intuitive to use, I especially like that it is simple to create and manage multiple groups/segments to target with campaigns, adding and removing subscribers is straightforward too. When I call I'm straight through to one of the team in the UK - no waiting on hold, no language barrier, and they know you personally. Exactly what I was looking for.

It's a spam company.

If you are here to complain, make sure you also report it to the ICO, they know how to deal with this kind of company.

Got emails from them sent to different addresses in my company. We'd never sign up with some of them to any newsletter or account anywhere, so how they got those address and why they think it's fine to spam us just shows how this is a company not to get involved with.

Their replies here are just a standard text with a "we give an unsubscribe button" and fail to address the core that is that they are obtaining these e-mails god knows how and shamelessly spamming people.

Got an email from ZoomMail fishing for business. Hard to take ZoomMail seriously when I did not opt in to receive marketing from them and the email address they used was scraped from our website. Walk the talk, ZoomMail!

Yet the only way we knew about them was from SPAM mail to most of our email accounts

Spammers. Why would you ever consider using a company that sells marketing yet has to send unsolicited spam to get new customers?

Seb, in particular, was very helpful, answering any questions that I had and he was a nice guy too.
The software looks good, am starting to have a play with it now, looks like it should be promising.
Its much easier to use than Mailchimp.
I recommend that you give it a try!

David and Gary have helped me so much in getting my emails out to potential customers. They understand my business. I sell payment solutions payment terminals EPOS IN fact anyway you want to take a payment we can do this!!

Ran into a couple of problems but Seb was very helpful with sorting them out for me. Always attentive and quick to reply. The tech team were also great in helping me design the e-mail more to my liking and fixing some sending issues. Great company, would recommend.

Nothing but a positive experience with ZoomMail. The platform is excellent and the level of support from the team is second to none. Highly recommended.

Spammers. Very unprofessional, if this is how they handle their own marketing then I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole!

These guys are constantly spamming our emails, from David Hazzard. Wouldn't recommend or use.

BEWARE! - ZoomMail don't comply with GDPR. Don't reply to Subject Access Requests.

Excellent product, and highly recommended.
We come from using MailChimp, after getting fed up of it wrote our own email program but as our marketing is starting to grow, thought we should look at something designed for use and found ZoomMail.
Great support from the team also, particularly Seb who is always on hand to assist.

Zoom offer not only an email marketing platform, but also 1-1 support and advice every single time. Gary in particular has really helped us get our campaigns off on the right foot. Highly recommended, old school person to person customer service.

I am relatively new to email marketing so really appreciated the guidance and help I recieved in setting up a mailshot. I found the instructions from Gary to be be clear and easy to follow, moreover, from my first distribution, I received some really positive (and somewhat unexpected) results. Hugely impressed, very happy and grateful! I would recommend using ZoomMail to anyone.

There is number of different email offerings on the market. Having tried a few I found ZoomMail stood out as it is easy to use, very cost-effective with the benefit of not being locked into a contract. What's more, the team is very responsive and helpful.
