I used to love Zooplus but their delivery service has been awful lately. Made an order on the 28/11, items we’re supposed to be delivered in 3 to 6 days. So far nothing arrived, I contacted customer service and they just gave me a generic reply that there are delays and to wait 1-3 extra days. This was 2 days ago and the tracking hasn’t change yet, the same since the 5/12. I order on the 28/11 because I’m travelling next week and need my order for my cats

I did my absolute best for over a week to give Zooplus.ie my money when shopping for a Dog Crate (Ferplast) at €180. Unfortunately the site kept showing 'No delivery service available'. Emailing Customer support is a waste of time, it will get you nowhere. I can only summise that because GLS are no longer in business, there is no delivery. I find it very poor management that an alternative arrangement has not been made with another company. In the end I had to purchase from another website and went with a Savic crate instead.

I am disgusted at the delivery service that Zooplus use.
This is the 3rd time that I am chasing up my delivery and it is over the 3-6 business days with no information on GLS to tell me it's out for delivery.
Last time it was "out for delivery" for 3 days and also far over its 3-6 business days again.
I continue to be nothing but disappointed with this delivery service and I also know of plenty of others who also feel the same.
Changing back to DPD would be a highly recommended next step as Zooplus will lose good customers over this.
Especially as GLS & Evri will just give a generic response if and when they do reply which doesn't address the issue at all.

Order number 422453754. In response to your message, several forms have already been submitted, but the replies so far have been vague. We were told that delivery takes 3 to 6 working days after dispatch, but since there is no clear information about how long it can take between placing the order and the actual dispatch, it is very difficult to calculate the real timeframe when making a purchase.
In any case, that delivery window has now passed, and there are still no updates or changes in the tracking information.
I’m extremely disappointed with Zooplus Ireland. My order has been “on its way” for almost 8 days and still hasn’t arrived. The tracking tools don’t work, the phone line doesn’t work, and they don’t respond to emails. At this point, I have absolutely no idea where my order is or if it will ever arrive. Meanwhile, my animals have been left without food because of this complete lack of communication and reliability. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better from a company that sells essential products for pets.

Zero Customer Care. Placed a decent sized order on the 24/11. Received notification from GLS that we would receive delivery on the 3/12. A GLS van drove into our yard, turned around and left and marked my order delivered. I've been in contact with Zooplus.ie numerous times since to find out where my order is and the only thing I'm being told is "we are investigating it".... for nearly six days now ! I've asked for a refund a few times now but no reply. Emailed them lots of times yesterday from early morning but they never replied to any of them. I rang them yesterday evening and asked why nobody replied to any of my emails and their reply was that they were too busy ! They then told me they would send me an email shortly with an up to date feedback on the status of my delivery...... that didn't happen either...... if you want loads of unnecessary drama and hassle place your order with Zooplus.ie.... they wont let you down.

Placed a bigger order , including a liter box. It came with a small bit of damage. The customer service replied to my email the same day and arranged a replacement.

I have always been happy with the quality of the dog food and other items I’ve purchased from Zooplus.ie. . Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them again due to their use of GLS for delivery.
GLS has proven to be extremely unreliable. Orders are consistently late, and their tracking information is misleading. They claim delivery attempts were made when in fact no attempt occurred—I waited at home all day, and our CCTV confirms no driver came to the property.
It’s disappointing that such a good retailer is let down by a dishonest and unreliable delivery partner.

I have no issue with zoo plus it’s the company that they are using to deliver GLS… my package did not get delivered even tho GLS said they delivered it. zoo plus in fairness were very apologetic about it and send a redelivery. again today GLS said they deliver the package and again no package. so sorry zoo plus won’t be ordering with you again. Get a better delivery service.

I was very disappointed with my zooplus delivery from GLS which arrived on 7th November. The packaging was broken open and the contents were left exposed to the elements, there was a tear in the cat litter bag which contained clumping cat litter if it had rained the contents would have been destroyed. There is a porch at my front door where the package could have left only a matter of feet from where it was carelessly left. I am wary about doing another zooplus order if this is how it will be treated. Never had any issues with DPD deliverys

Great selection of products and good value. However the reason they don't get a higher rating is the delivery service. It is far too slow and appears to be actually getting worse. My most recent order was placed on the 10th of Nov and it is now the 16th and there is no sign of it. This has been an ongoing problem, especially since they changed their courier service. I have been a customer since 2010 so have seen the decline of service over recent times. Too unreliable to depend on now. Very disappointing.

I have 2 cats , Mallow and Lily
Lily is 11 and our vet recommended Hills Science Plan Oral Care dry food which I was originally buying at pet stores . I find the 7k bag heavy to lift as I have hand nerve issues so ordering from Zooplus has been so much easier for me and also approx €10 cheaper at special offer times .( Make sure to check

Mallow is 6 and is a discerning connoisseur of tasty options ! She is a rescue so slightly spoiled ! She loves the Gournet Gold range and the variety available at Zooplus far exceeds the limited choices in the supermarkets where pet supplies appear to have a very small few shelves allocated to pet supplies.
Revelations mouse are a firm favourite with both cats and unfortunately are either in short supply or sold out in supermarkets but always available in both the beef & chicken flavours with Zooplus along with their favourite Dreamies treats which are great value at approx only €5 sometimes for the mega 180gr pack which lasts a little longer
Added to food choices , I can avail of the other cat merchandise like scratchers , littir, beds & bowls - the range is endless !
Ordering is simple and your address details are kept on line which speeds up the re-ordering process
Delivery is fast - usually 3-4 days and the drivers are obliging and will leave the parcel at a designated alternative location if you specify your preference if you are not going to be at home on the delivery day
Delivery schedules are notified on your app so you know exactly when to tell your pets to get ready !!
All in all an excellent customer experience.
