I emailed many times 6 times to return my order I NEVER got one reply. They are scammers do NOT get anything from them.

Retinol Skin brightener 1% from the brand Zo Skin Health
I recently purchased the retinol skin brightener 1% from the brand Zo Skin Health and I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the experience I had. The experience has been nothing short of distressing and has left me with severe adverse effects on my skin (pictures attached).
They assured me that using the product daily, in small amounts, would be beneficial without providing any warning about potential skin sensitivity or adverse reactions. As a consumer, I relied on the expertise and professionalism of this establishment, expecting to receive reliable advice and high-quality products that would enhance my skincare routine, not harm it! To my dismay, shortly after starting the use of the product, I began experiencing a severe reaction on my skin (severe dryness and redness turned into an open wound and rashes appeared on my entire body). The adverse effects persisted for an extended period of approximately two months, causing significant discomfort and distress. Despite this lengthy period, the spots on my skin have not fully faded, which is deeply concerning to me.
It is crucial to prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, as these are fundamental aspects of any reputable establishment.
My miserable experience of using this product left me with no choice but to share my unfortunate experience with the public and explore other avenues to seek appropriate recourse.
Awful experience ordering from them
Whatever you do, do not order from them online -- their customer service is one of the worst I've encountered, bad enough that I won't buy anything from ZO again.
I decided to make my first purchase from ZO online over a month ago. When placing my order, Apple Pay autofilled an old NYC address for me (I've been living in CA since 2016.) I e-mailed customer service within 2 minutes of placing the order to let them know about the error and to ask if they could please update to my new address.
ZO informed me that they are unable to make changes to an order once it's placed, but told me (incorrectly) that I could update the address myself by contacting FedEx.
I spoke with a FedEx rep, and only the shipper can change the destination address. I let ZO know, and they asked me if there was someone in New York who could pick up the package for me. I called Fed Ex again, and this isn't possible. That person retrieving the package would need a government-issued ID with an address I haven't lived at for 7 years on it.
The package has now been sitting for almost a month in NYC waiting for pickup, which I am powerless to do, and ZO refuses to take 2 minutes to call FedEx and ask them to return the package to them so I can get my 188 dollars back. So yeah, if you want to be out nearly 200 bucks for overpriced skincare and given incorrect information repeatedly with no accountability, then knock yourself out.
Terrible customer care
I have used several of their products and liked them. The place where I get my facials and buy the products recommended their Growth Factor. The minute I opened it, I started to get an asthma attack (it has a floral or sweet scent). The rep said I had to put some on and have a reaction and take pics or they wouldn’t swap it out for something I use.
I will no longer buy their products. They obviously don’t need customers and there are lots of choices .
I love the products
I love the products. Bought originally from a practitioner but have since found cheaper on eBay. My skin has never felt better, though my pocket is complaining! :-)
expensive and terrible customer…
expensive and terrible customer service, the lid broke off and they wouldn't replace or offer any type of help except auto responses, becuase there are so many similar products on the market, I wouldnt waste my money here
I ordered my first ZO products to try…
I ordered my first ZO products to try because I’ve heard good things. I have very sensitive skin and allergies. I didn’t receive my first order. Customer service was nice enough to reship. I tried the products and they stung and I broke out in a terrible rash. When I contacted customer service I was basically told that I’m out of luck and “we have the right to refuse returns”. So…now I’ve spent $150 on products that I can’t even use. They were rude and clearly didn’t care. If you have sensitive skin or might have a reaction I would steer clear because you will be wasting your money. Even though they advertise 100 percent customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed to spend that kind of money on skincare products and be treated that way.
Eye Damage From ZO Skin Health Growth Factor Eye Serum
The Growth Factor Eye Serum by ZO Skin Health is touted to be used around the eyes. I have tried multiple times, using multiple strategies, to use this product from using an incredibly small amount to avoiding the lash line area to skipping a day and anything else I could think of. THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN VERY DAMAGING TO MY EYES!!! The purchase price was well over $100 and when I contacted ZO Skin Health they told me that they do not have a return policy. Because I bought this out of dermatologist office they told me to call the dermatologist to get a return and the dermatologist told me to call the company. BEWARE OF THE COMPANY PUTTING THE CUSTOMER IN THE MIDDLE WHERE THEY HAVE NO RECOURSE!!!
Absolute disgrace of a company and scam

ordered products in June with an estimated delivery date beginning of august. The product shown as coming from Australia and was just stuck in the UK. Emailed and used the "chat" button and never had any response. This site should be shut down

Ordered on the 17th of July 22 and checked before ordering that the company was based in the UK … then after ordering was told it’s in Australia.., went along with ordering time … gone past delivery date .. sent numerous messages which are never replied to .. next step is to go to card/bank to recuperate money ….. my advise is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY… total scam

I ordered two products from this company on 17 July 2022 and as at the writing of this review on 11 August 2022, I have received nothing.
The company website appears to show that the company is based in the UK but the products are being shipped from Australia.
I didn't receive any kind of confirmation, am unable to get a response from the website and phoning doesn't work either.
I don't feel able to recommend this company at all.

Been using ZO products for 5 weeks now
(today marks my 5th week) and I notice a huge difference in my face. I’M GLOWING.
Hyperpigmentation is about 85% gone, and I feel and look younger. It takes time, patience and dedication for using this product.
I love going outside not putting any makeup at all or covering my dark spots..I’m loving my new ME. I can’t wait for 3 more months until my prescription is completed…

Wish I’d never used it
I just used the daily skincare program (after consultation)but the amount of exfoliation was way too much for my skin but I perservered for about 8 weeks My skin barrier was / is so terribly damaged my skin went into overdrive producing oil, my face looked so shiny and I developed a forehead full of sebaceous hyperlapsia ( I had 2 tiny bumps previously but now got about 15…) sebaceous hyperlapsia is permanent. I can’t tell you how much I could rewind time and never have used it. A year on my skin is still ruined can’t see a way to repair it.
Terrible customer service if the…
Terrible customer service if the products do t work out for you. I ordered 4 products and two of them did not work for me. As you should with any new skin care products I gave it time to see if my skin would adjust, but ZO’s 30 day policy is just ridiculous. That is not enough time to give a product a fair shot and get it returned. Extremely disappointed with this service and I will not be ordering anymore products. Beware trying new products because you won’t have time to try them out and then return them.
Made my skin break out awfully
I tried this for 30 days after seeing an aesthetician who said I would fall in love with this brand if I used the trial kit for 28 days to help my acne.
I used the exfoliating cleanser, exfoliating polish (2 times a week), complexion renewal pads, daily power defence and sulfur mask.
After a few days my skin started to get really bad, and after 30 days I decided to give up because it didn't look like it was going to get any better.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, high price but great product

Poor costumer service for items that cost an arm and a leg. If you don’t like a product for whatever reason you have to pay to ship it back. Again for items that cost so much the cost to ship back should be on the company. I also had an issue with not being able to cancel my order. I sent an email the next day and no reply. I sent another email the following day and no reply. I called to cancel and they said they couldn’t find an email and it was already shipped. Their excuse was the other email inbox I probably sent it to is not looked at. If it’s not looked at don’t have that email maybe???
You can not cancel the order
You can not cancel the order. Even if you want to do it in a minute after you placed it. They send it anyway. And then you must to return it and pay for shipping.

I can highly recommend an Exfoliating Cleanser Normal to Oily Skin. Perfect product, one of the best cleansers I had used ever.
