CD promised for delivery early December, has never appeared. Having read the reviews I wish I had done so before ordering, useless service. Feels now that a delivery will never happen.

They sent me a dvd set with one defective disc in it. I asked for a partial refund, but they refused. Don't spend your money on their products. Go elsewhere, and be treated fairly. It's not worth the dishonesty, or the hassle. They stole from me.

The worst company ever tbey r not to be trusted tbey will keep sending u tbe wrong g book and make u pay for their mistakes. tbey r a scam turn this company n to the an organization that will shut them down permanently. I forgot to say they can't read they must be stupid.

Scammers they are horrible and I have been waiting on my refund for over a month

Ordered a used copy of Parks and Recreation from Zoverstocks on Amazon. Got my order in just under a month, which sounds like a long time to wait but come on, I only paid $4.00 for shipping and it had to cross the Atlantic Ocean and go through customs. Plus, my used DVD set works just fine in my Xbox. I was scared after belately seeing all the terrible reviews that after all the waiting, the dvds wouldn’t play... but they did. And the condition is fantastic. The case even had the little paper ad insert still. All in all, I have zero complaints and it was one of, if not the, cheapest option for the set.

All I got was an empty envelope, no book inside. These people are cheats

I tried to cancel an order on the same day I made it. They refused even though it wasn't shipped. They claim "great customer service" but they sell DVDs that don't even play on American players (watch them for that). I see many other people are dissatisfied.

This company sells on Amazon. Fails to even ship there products to ensure delivery is after 90 days. This give them an Amazon 90 return policy LOOP HOLE and when there Garbage items are defective they HIDE behind that "policy" and will not make good on any purchase. They have been reported to the fraud division of Amazon.

I would give them no stars if I could. Ordered a cd on January 25, 2020. Within a week I received an email saying there was a problem but not to worry I would receive the item but it would be late. Here it is March 1 and still no cd. Tracking is useless. All I get is the same message that it will be arriving late. After contacting both Amazon and Zoverstocks directly I asked for a refund since I do not believe I will ever receive it. Hopefully my credit card will be credited as they have promised. I will never order from them again. Amazon should not be doing any business with them.

I used to order from Zoverstocks through Amazon all the time. Sure, shipping times were longer than from domestic companies, but Zoverstocks always had great prices and great selections of items not available here.

In December, I ordered the deluxe soundtrack from Ken Burns' doc Country Music. I guess due to the Xmas demand, stateside prices had climbed, but Zoverstocks still had the original price. I ordered, knew it take a while to arrive, but no big deal. When it had not arrived by the scheduled date, I contacted Zoverstocks and was told it was lost in the mail and they would refund my $ immediately, which they did.

Several weeks later, my original order of the soundtrack arrived. You would never believe the hassle of trying to return it to them; since I had already received a refund, I could see a big snafu about to happen, judging from the Zoverstocks responses I was getting. When I finally got a stateside Zoverstock return address, I just sent the soundtrack to it.. It was like they were not reading what I was telling them. All I wanted to do was return something to Zoverstocks that had arrived so late, Zoverstocks had already refunded me for. I just didn't want them to be out anything.

Indeed, no good deed goes unpunished as the whole experience was so unnecessarily complicated and I still have received compensation for what it cost me to mail the thing back, but I look at it as money well spent not to ever have to deal with Zoverstocks again.

Never received my book. I ordered a book from them on Oct. 14th, it is now December 9th. I tried to reach them through Amazon and they told me I had to name 3 books from past orders, i could only remember 2 and so I am now stuck with no book and a loss of $30. I am done with both Zoverstocks and Amazon.

Waited three weeks for mr. Toad and ventures of Ichabod when it got it it would not play in any of my DVD players so I broke the thing into a million pieces
Never buy from this company and if this continues I will stop buying from Amazon all together so people don't order t from these people

Bought a cheap DVD but it was a U.K. version that would not play on equipment sold in America. Zoverstocks and Amazon both claimed caveat emptor and demanded I return it or not get a credit card refund. I preferred not to waste more money mailing it back, but to absorb the small loss and prevent them from re-selling it and repeating the deception cycle. Please be aware of Zoverstocks' behaviors like this before they sucker you on a cheap DVD.

I'm honestly frustrated. I ordered a present for my mom on here. Shows that I should have received it on the 18th. I emailed them twice...today is the 26 and still Nothing!!!

Have used them numerous times and they always come thru. Slow delivery but it gets here. Just wish Amazon did not charge shipping for each individual item

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered dvds and they wont play here. Some regional code so it wont play on an American dvd player. Seems they would know that and warn me about it. They dont answer there emails either. Never again will I buy anything from them. Shame on you Amazon.com for supporting this awful seller. They're ratings are horrible!

Horrible! I ordered a book August 9. They said I would receive it by the end of August. Now they have changed the arrival date to September 12. Amazon says that Zoverstocks provides tracking information, and that I have to contact them. There is no tracking information. I cannot be sure the book was ever sent. I asked for a refund and after reading these reviews, I do not expect one. I will be sure never to order from them again.

I ordered cd from Zoverstocks at Amazon- it arrived late and Defe Ted/damaged, very poorly packaged. I paid for the shipping and they (Zoverstocks) would NOT pay for the return shipping of Their own poorly packaged defected product. They did Not refund me. They are very stressful and very bad customer service. They are not at all transparent. Amazon would not allowed this review to be posted. Amazon deleted the review because Amazon wants to control what is being said on the reviews panels. Amazon goes over each review and delete most reviews posted on there.

Zoverstocks, which delivers from the UK, didn’t change their name to Magpie Music, they’ve always been Magpie Music. Their Amazon account is ZOverstocks.

I’ve never had a problem with this company. It does take a while to receive something shipped from the UK, but you have to be patient, and as long as you get it within the estimated window, there’s no issue; but it would be nice to have a tracking number.

They have an American market called decluttr. Might want to use that instead, if shipping is a problem for you.

It's to bad l can't give Zoverstocks a big fat O. I ordered 2 items from them. I recieved 1, and it didnt play, and did not mention when l bought it that it would bot play in the United states. The other product l didn't even receive! This place is not in the United states so their dvd's don't play here.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
