Excellent experience- could not recommend them enough. The car was initially in Cork and they moved it to Drogheda. Eimear was so kind, thorough and helpful throughout the process and we found the purchasing process easy to navigate. Would highly recommend. Thanks for being amazing

Buyer beware !!!!!!!! Shocking service the cars are basically sold as seen all the cars that are for sale are not good enough to sell under joe duffy motors so when you buy from here don't expect a good service terrible service terrible service from drogheda

Don’t go near this crooks, offering €11,000 for a BMW 330e. That’s some profit you will make on a €20,000 car 😂😂😂

I brought my Nissan Qashqai back in May 2024. I have no issues about this company, the service and help I got from the team on deciding on the car I want was great. In my case I dealt with Steve and Becka the two of them where outstanding at there job from start to finish. I would highly recommend Zucar to deal with for buying your next car. I will definitely be back when I decide to upgrade.

We found them pushy with no room to negotiate and a very poor trade in offer. Really put us off. Decided to look elsewhere. Just my honest opinion.

I have not got a bad word to say about this company, I read the reviews before hand and I have to say, I was hesitant but the girls in Zu Car Drogheda are fantastic! From moving my new car from Cork to Drogheda in practically no time at all, they were fantastic. They always kept me in the know with what was happening with the car and when it was due for collection the process was easy straight forward and very efficient. Big thank you to Gia & Eimear for all there help. The girls were great from start to finish.

First time to ever leave a negative review but feel the need to warn other potential customers. I had a stressful & frustrating experience with the Drogheda garage (too tedious to go into here) but ended up giving up on buying the car as they were in no way concerned about keeping me as a customer now or in the future. However I must point out the 2 girls who I won't name did their best despite getting no apparent assistance from their colleagues. I ended up buying the same model & year of car from another garage for 2K less and experienced zero delay in actually receiving the car - Zu Car need to learn to value their customers while they still have them.

I purchased a bmw from zu cars and was happy with the sales team, I got a refund for the new nct very quickly and when I requested a spare key this arrived 1 week later no charge, unfortunately the car had an issue a few months later zu cars arrange for the car to be picked up from my house in wexford to be taken to Jo duffy in Dublin, the car was repaired and returned to my home 1 week later all done under warranty no charges, the service from both zu cars and jo duffy was excellent ⁷

They give bad trade in prices then say they can give you more for your car if you finance with them. Basically they'll give you a thousand or so more and you pay God knows how many thousand extra in interest.

My recent experience with Zucar.ie left me feeling let down and frustrated. Initially drawn in by their promise to simplify the car selling process, I found myself investing time and effort into their platform, only to be met with disappointment.

After spending around 15 minutes meticulously photographing my car and completing their online forms, I eagerly awaited the valuation. However, what followed was disheartening—a valuation that fell significantly short of my car's true market worth, by at least 5000 Euros.

This substantial undervaluation not only left me questioning Zucar.ie's assessment process but also made me feel like the time I invested was wasted. While I understand that valuation algorithms can differ, such a significant disparity is hard to overlook.

Really upsetting experience with Zucar. I have never posted a negative review about a company before but I feel their actions were disgraceful and I would urge against dealing with this company. I was intent on purchasing a car with this company, I took time from work on two occasions to view and test drive the car. The second time I was ready to purchase, I had brought my card to make the deposit/pay the full amount to buy the car outright. I was told I couldn’t even put a deposit on the car as I needed to hear more about their add ons and finance (none of which I was interested in, and I made this clear). Their customer service was appalling and they would not return my calls. When again I rang to try to put a deposit on the car I was told I needed to wait for the appropriate staff member to be in, which would happen on the following day, I asked was anyone else looking at the car as I didn’t want to lose it and I was assured there wasn’t. I was contacted the next day to be told they had sold the car. I really think it was an awful way to treat a customer, I don’t understand why my deposit wasn’t taken, I don’t understand why I was continuously assured and put off. I can only assume it was to get a customer with finance needs, to get more money. I am very upset by this encounter and I would advise anyone I know looking for a car to avoid this company.

I recently purchased a Skoda Karoq from ZuCar Drogheda and I could not recommend them enough. Initially the car was located in Cork and after paying the €99 reservation fee Aoife sent me a personalised walk around video of my car detailing all the features. The car was moved to their Drogheda branch where I began dealing with Eimear who provided an exceptional service from start to finish. All information relating to protection packages and car finance was explained to me in clear concise detail. Eimear answered any questions that I had so efficiently either by phone or email. Pre-sale and post-sale care could not be faulted in any way. I could not thank Eimear enough. I will definitely be returning again in the future.

We bought Toyota Rav4 and Mitsubishi ASX from Zu car. As asx has some technical issues Mr Steve drove and assured to get it fixed and offered every support to get it done, also Becca was so kind and helped to do all paperwork for us. She took well care of us and they are the faces of ZU Cars, Cork. We recommend Zu Car

I bought a Honda Civic in June 2023, and my experience with their after-sales service has been extremely dissatisfying. The main issue concerns the left side marker lights, which were found detached from the vehicle's body and with water inside the lamp.
Despite reporting this problem, the response has been far from adequate. It's been around five months since I first raised the issue, and I have not received any suitable responses or updates. The marker lights are still hanging loose, and the presence of water inside the lamp has raised concerns about potential electrical damage.
Efforts to contact Zucar through email and phone calls have yielded no responses. Even when I called a few weeks ago, I was given vague assurances that a spare part would arrive within a week, along with a promise for an update. Unfortunately, no such updates or communications have been provided.
My disappointment and frustration with Zucar's after-sales service are profound. This experience does not align with my expectations for a company of their caliber. This situation has left me deeply unsatisfied.

Scammers , avoid undervalued my car €5000 they offered me €11000 for a 2016 Bmw 520 d and told me my car was only fit for auction which I kinda felt insulted seen my car has only 100000 miles full service history excellent condition inside and out which recently had the timing chain done full service and full nct beware of them

Bought my car from Zu car Limerick, 2 years ago, I even remember the sales guy I was dealing with Glenn thats how much of an impression they had on me , my car is a dream and I still love it ! Zu car called me 3 times to see how I was getting on and making sure all was ok with the car , when Zu car Limerick closed down I was raging to see it go but was Delighted I got a phone call from cork zu car only a couple of weeks ago , I reccomend Zu to my sister and she has just purchased a lovely car from them last week ✨ with nothing but good fead back , I'm shocked to see a lot of the negative comments 😕 but I'd deffenitly deal with them again no hesitations.

If i could i put no star at all horrible customer service we had a phone call from the agent about the car that we were interested drove 50 km just to find out the car was booked for someone else and the lady on the counter had no clue what was going on no sorry nothing we got a beautiful car at the Kearys carstore😉

Worse company ever. Do not deal with them at all. You will suffer a lot if you have any problem. They are not supportive at all. I paid extra money for a warranty, and when I needed them, they do nothing for me.

Very poor service. Promised to ring me back but never did. I had to ring them again. Half apologised the next day. Left me waiting, as they needed to print off sheets for me to sign. Asked for more money as a deposit (we agreed less the week before, and then they wanted €700+ more. When they came back, they rushed me through the signing. The manager who was dealing with me got the girl that was working there to get me to sign and they didnt mention the waiver which would have given me 10 days to change my mind. But she just kept saying "sign here, initial here" but my interest rate is very high and I had no way to back out of it, which I actually would have the right to do. They need to be respectful and give a full explanation, and the waiver is a right that was taken away unbeknownst to me. Poor service, not customer conscious.
