Great customer service experience
I ordered Pjs for my grandson through the Shop app and they messed the address up and had them sent to the wrong address. I emailed customer service and they responded promptly and were very understanding. They quickly investigated the wrong address situation and realized the problem. They were quick to offer replacement Pjs! I would definitely order from them again as long as the quality of the product is great! Will try and write another review as soon as I receive the product. Thank you customer service for all your help with this matter!!

I had a wonderful experience with Zumbamboo. I ordered 3 nutcracker pajama sets and they were absolutely amazing. Very soft. I did have an issue with one pair of pants that had a small hole and I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and replaced my pants for free. I will buy from them again.

The pajamas were very cute. Grandkids loved seeing their dog but the sleeves were a little short so the younger child was happy to wear them. The company was very eager to remedy the situation but I had already given them to a smaller child.

Worth the wait
The order came from China, so it was not as quick as ordering, for example, from Amazon. Despite that, I was kept informed every step of the way, all the way to delivery of my items. The quality of the bamboo pajama was excellent. The kids love them!

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Misleading information during the order process. There was no estimated shipping date, nor did it state it would take over a month to receive the order.
I placed an order on November 26, 2025 for a First Christmas onesie. I had still not received it on December 24th. I requested a refund at that time, and was told it had been processed and that I should "allow 3-7 business days for your bank to complete the transaction and reflect it in your account."
It's is way past 3-7 business days and no refund is in my account. Shoddy business practices.

Poor customer service. Received a set of pajamas as a GIFT! They refused to exchange for the proper size. Complete Ripoff!
After communications with Zumbamboo we have agreed to a good solution that I'm happy with. If anything I would encourage better communications but I'm happy with the outcome. The product we received was incredibly soft and we look forward to getting our replacement.

I was so happy with the quality of these little boys pajamas. I had our dogs picture put on them and gave them to our Grandsons for Christmas as they love our dog Cooper. They loved them and were so excited to wear them that same night (after washing lol). The picture looks adorable on them. The fabric is great quality and the stitching and sizing was just as great. I will say the sleeves were just a tad short on them but they’re pjs so no big deal. The shipping did take a while but worth the wait!
