The PJs are of a very high quality

The PJs are of a very high quality, and the drawstring is the best I’ve seen in a bamboo set. I also like that they offer diverse prints to serve those of us who don’t celebrate Christmas. Shipping is slow, but I know this is being worked on. I also would like to be able to purchase a top and bottom in different sizes but still receive the discount.

ZERO STARS!!!

If I could give this review a "0", I would! DO NOT BUY FROM ZUMBAMBOO!! I'm still waiting for my order and we are at 6 weeks, no tracking #, they can't tell me what shipping carrier they're using and I keep getting different stories/dates from their customer service person. Same person emailing, different excuses.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZUMBAMBOO

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZUMBAMBOO! They are a Chinese company that does not honor their own return policy. I ordered Christmas pajamas of Amy granddaughter Dec. 1, and they arrived in January. I initiated a return, and they ended up telling me I have to pay to have them shipped back to China which could cost up to $60!!! Their return policy says you have 90 days, but it's a lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered pajamas with my grandkids…

I ordered pajamas with my grandkids dogs face on them. 1 pair was fine. Other two have a weird cut to them so kids don’t want to wear them. Very disappointed after spending the money. I want a refund.

Consistency quality you can truly rely on

What I love most is the consistency. Whether it's a long sleeve basic or a thick sweatshirt, the quality is always there. I've done one return in the past for a different size, and it was handled so gracefully. A truly wonderful company to support.

Never received my items and it’s almost…

Never received my items and it’s almost a month since I purchased. Emailed them after two weeks as I didn’t see it being shipped when I tracked it and they said they can’t cancel it anymore as it’s being processed, which it obviously wasn’t. Will be reporting them.

The item I ordered sat in China for weeks! It takes well over a month to receive the item ordered. When I emailed the company I was given some false shipping out date! No need to do business with this company! Bad experience!

Wrong sizes

I ordered a size 7/8 & 9/10 which were supposed to be a size bigger than they are in right now due to having pictures of our puppy that we tragically lost. I wanted my girls to be able to wear them for a long time! On their website it says they are “designed with extra length to fit up to 3x longer” what I got was 2 pairs the exact same size & I put them next to a pair of size 6 pants from another brand they are even shorter than them. When I looked at the size chart they say the measurements are for 18-24 months. They also asked for me to send them pictures of my kids in the pajamas, first of all they are gifts & 2nd I will not be sending some random company a picture of my kids in tight fitting pajamas! They don’t need to see that they need to send the correct sizes! I sent them all the measurements & the company sent me “after carefully reviewing both the product measurements and the details you provided, we have confirmed that the items were produced accurately according to our size chart. In this case, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 30% discount on a new order should you choose to reorder the item in the correct size. So they say the size is correct in the first paragraph & in the 2nd I need to order the correct size. I wish I would have looked into this site before ordering as it’s based in Vietnam. This company is a scam! Ordered 10/1 & received 11/4

I posted a complaint on this site in November about my order with Zumbamboo. I ordered a pair of pajamas for my grandson with pic of my dog on Nov 13. I finally received my order yesterday, Dec 12. My order was shipped on Nov 17, but didn’t arrive to me until Dec 12. It took a total of 29 days to get my order. Their shipping info is very rarely updated. When I got my order I was impressed. They are really cute and my grandson loves it. They fit perfectly, ordered a size 6/7 for my very skinny 8 year old grandson,but I would highly suggest to order a size up. My grandson lucked out since he is so skinny. Anyway, once you do finally get them, they’re cute. I was pleased, but their shipping methods needs a lot of improvement and they need to communicate better to the consumer.

I would not order again

I would not order again. I ordered Hanukkah pajamas on 11/18 thinking I had plenty of time to receive them. They are not transparent with their shipping and don’t share that the items are coming from China. It has taken 3 1/2 weeks to receive them. I tried to cancel a few weeks back when I realized where they were coming from and that they had no idea when I would get them but they said they were already in transit. My mistake was not reading reviews before ordering.

Excessive time for delivery

I ordered pajamas on Nov 10 and the tracking says the order is still in China as of 12/4. I wish I had looked into this company more before I bought as I also don't want to support China's economy any more that I probably already do.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have had no reply. I ordered my grandson's Christmas PJs with their names on them at the beginning of November, but they haven't arrived yet. I have reached out to the company several times, but have received no response. I regret not doing my research on the poor quality and the slow-to-no feedback (in my experience). This is the first time I have ever written a poor review for a company. I want to warn any customer not to use this company.

very slow shipping

I wish I had known that it takes forever to get the product I ordered and paid for over two weeks ago. When they had a sale a day later, and even though my item had not shipped yet, they refused to honor it. Beware.

Shipping took much longer than expected…

Shipping took much longer than expected and customer support has been terrible to deal with.

I tried cancelling the order when 10 days passed and it hadn't yet arrived. They said I would have to wait for it to arrive and then I could return it.

It took over 20 days for it to arrive and I'm currently in an ongoing email chain with support to return the garment. They asked for detailed information about my child's body size/type in order to complete the return. I told them I would not provide those details about my child and I'm still waiting to get the return complete. Low key horrible, drawn out experience.

I bought two pajamas for my grandson, one with his name on it and the other with pictures of his dog sister and the words “ protected by “ with her name. My daughter and son in law loved them. Great success!
