Great welcome bonus, fast redemptions, & great customer service! Wish the daily bonuses were better but awesome site nonetheless!

Be careful using Zunado. They shut down my account without notice, informing me that I would be forefeiting the balance I had. Attempts at escalation or further remediation went unanswered.

Zunado actually paid me $850 on my first redemption a few months ago, but I just won/redeemed $1200 last week and now it appears as if they’ve deleted my account as I’m no longer able to sign in. Upon emailing support, they just say the following:

“We're looking into some issues with accessing your account. Our technical team will have this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. We will update you soon.”

I then came online to look more into Zunado and found all these terrible reviews and now know exactly what’s going on… Because I won the money playing with free money I had won playing free spins they gave me they’re going to make up some bulls*it to avoid paying me. If somehow this is a miscommunication and they end up paying me I will revise my review, but until then they deserve one star.

My account was closed without notice because I was collecting daily rewards but not playing enough.

Signed up to this casino awhile back and hadn't had a chance to buy a pack or play any games yet. I had just been logging in to collect the daily which isn't much of anything but i figured since i had signed up i may as while grab it when i collected daily's from the other sites i belong to. For the last couple days i couldn't log in but didn't know why. The site seemed pretty low quality so i assumed they were having technical issues. I contacted support and found out from them that i had been kicked off of the site for violation of the following clauses:

• Clause 3.1(c) — Participation for recreational and entertainment purposes only
• Clause 5.17(f) — Low Engagement Exchanges
• Clause 5.17(g) — Abuse of Purchase Incentives
• Clause 7.4 — Abuse of promotions
• Clause 7.5 — Promotional play intended for recreational use only
• Clause 7.6 — Patterns of activity inconsistent with recreational play. What a joke. Of all of the sites that i have been on over the last few years i've never had one kick me off before id even played. What an amazing way to treat your customers. I'm sure that if they are this ridiculous about the terms and conditions before you even do anything on the site then they will be equally as bad about denying your redemptions after you actually play. I guess i should thank them for saving me the trouble having them steal my money after i attempted a redemption since i was going to make a purchase there this week. I should have checked their trust pilot score before i wasted my time signing up. TONS of better sweeps casino options out there to play on. I'd give them zero stars if i could.

I won $335. I already had my info verified. They closed my account and are refusing to process my redemption. They've also completely closed my account! Do not play at zunado.com THEY ARE CROOKS!

Horrible game selection. You might find a game and hit once but every time you buy a bonus play you get robbed. Spend $26 on a bonus round and win 44cents

Don’t do it by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online casino and I’ve played them all. Still waiting on a redemption and it’s been damn near 2 weeks. Honestly lost all hope on receiving my funds. Don’t be a fool like me and read the reviews before depositing.

I read all the reviews and said to myself I got to find out for myself. So I did. I bought a package for $6.99 won $123. Redeemed $100 on to my card and the bread thing is I'm still waiting. It's been hours and it's still not approved. It supposed to be only a few hours for redemption but I'm starting to think I got took. I hope not cause I really do like the whole platform. I'll update my review if I receive my money.

I should have checked the ratings first before I decided to make a deposit. After the second game I played I literally just tried to run the money out because it was going to be a waste of time even trying to play. Horrible platform typical scam

I am beyond frustrated with Zunado Casino. They arbitrarily closed my account, falsely claiming that it was linked to multiple accounts on the same device. This is completely untrue, and as a result, they withheld my winnings without any valid reason. This kind of unfair and dishonest behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this casino.

Zunado has made a complete 360 and are now one the best platforms to play! Their customer service is impeccable and the most helpful! Super easy to talk with never getting heated and always willing to help in the smallest of matters! I hope they remain around for many years to come!! I absolutely will be their number one fan!

Horrible experience. I opened an account and requested a redemption. When I tried to verify my info they didn't like the first document I sent because the date was > 3 months. I sent an entirely different document and was told it was too blurry. Finally, on the third try, they seemed satisfied (this should have been my first hint). Then, I waited.

I finally received an email stating they were closing my account and confiscating my winnings because I had a duplicate account. I do not have a duplicate account, and I was taken aback. The short of this long story is that someone else in my home had an account with them (unbeknownst to me). I tried to plead my case with them - this has also never happened to me before, and I play on multiple platforms. While they were "working" on my verification I emailed them daily. Their response was always that the proper department is working on this and they will get back to me when its completed. I did finally receive an email from "the proper department," and the decision was final - my account would remain closed, my winnings confiscated, and no refund for my purchases of their coin packages.

Clearly, they knew there were multiple accounts from my home address and IP address, yet they had no problem allowing me to spend money on their site. I would have been satisfied with a refund; it was much less than my redemption request. Definitely feels like they stole my money.

Their customer service is atrocious and for anyone who had a bad experience with DingDingDing, this felt very similar. I would recommend people stay FAR AWAY from this site!

I came across Zunado by accident. So I made account and bought a package. The site was easy to navigate, the games were good great variety I think and I got a good deal too 9.99 and I got 20 sc. Well I read a lot on here about they never win or don't win in bonus rounds and it's a scam cause they didn't win. Hahaha well it's a casino they don't lose and you don't hit big during every bonus round or feature play y they would think that is just stupid. Well anyway I hit some then list then up again then down again I too wasn't hitting in feature or bonus very big but then I did hit decent in bonus and feature play got up to 105 put in redemption did verification in like 2minutes easiest one yet. So I put in the 100 payout then played with the 5 and went up then down then hit feature again and won 130 put in payout request for 100 again. I was denied my payouts due to a different POA needed. Contacted support they helped me everyway they could and I got it done and not even 2 hours later I was paid to my debit card. Great place and great support not a single complaint from me and that was fastest kyc to payout I ever had thanks zunado and support great job.

Decent variety of games, KYC was an absolute breeze and once I won I was able to cash out and I received my money within hours. I would give 5 stars if they had more games and some table games. OH and their customer service is fast and very helpful.

Games are fine good selection and that is it.

Attempted a withdrawl days later they tell me they needed me to resubmit my drivers license and do my photo again so I do. Then I do. 2 days later they say need my utility bill so I login to send it and instead of being my utility bill they are asking for photos of all my cards and my bank statement.

Enough is enough. This is my last time gambling online it's just one scam outfit after another.
