Awful. Dead games, thousands of spins, zero bonuses. Many deposits, zero redemptions.

It's funny I read all these posts about oh I didn't win. It's a casino when do you ever get ahead? Here I am on my second buy and I bet high with a 5x more likely to hit bonuses and low and behold it paid off and I'm waiting on a 2k withdraw. Support emails back at decent times. I'm verified and it was an easy process also. I'm not happy about the wait time to get my funds because it's still pending and I don't think it should take 3 plus days but it is. That is my only issue. Every negative review is people who shouldn't gamble to begin with because they didn't win and wanna cry in a review. Well take a tip from mine and learn to hit bonuses and give yourself a better chance mine paid off. Now I just hope I truly get paid. Once I do I'll write another review.

So I had 25 free spins after my 2nd purchase. I tried using them and it kept telling me an error code. I contacted support 2 times. Tickets were made, I never heard anything. Well now it tells me they are expired. I contacted support 2 times again and again I've heard absolutely nothing back.

Just another scam sweeps casino that's popped up because of the growing popularity of gambling. Not legit, no license, no protection from illegal gambling practices so your better off donating that money to an organization that can help somebody rather than feeding these greedy trolls that are only here to steal your money! Honest opinion based on personal experience.

Waste of time and glad I only spent $20 and wish they'd send that back to me lol. Game kept freezing up, didn't get any major bonus and the free spins they could have kept. Lousy, I will be uninstalling this app.

I would not recommend this online casino app to anyone. I recently submitted a redemption request for $175 After waiting for processing, I was informed that my payout was denied due to a “daylight savings terms and conditions” rule — something that was never clearly listed or explained in their promotional terms.
It’s extremely frustrating because the promotion was purchased through them, not a third-party, and I followed all of the rules that were presented at the time. When I asked for clarification, I received vague and unhelpful responses, and no one could show me where this “daylight savings” condition was mentioned beforehand.
In my opinion, their rules and regulations are incomplete and misleading. If a company can arbitrarily deny payouts using hidden or undefined terms, it shows a serious lack of transparency and fairness.

If you’re looking for dead spins and low RTP, you have come to the right place! Almost impossible to hit a bonus and when you do, it’s maybe a 20x multiplier. A good game selection, but other than that, underwhelming

RTP feels like its got to be much much lower than everywhere else. Dont think ive had so many deadspins since trying out legendz. Nice sales for extra SC, not that itll everbe redeemed. Yes its gambling but it feels rigged. Will play same games elsewhere, where rtp is proper

I have never had such a frustrating experience with an online service. After requesting a withdrawal of $170 to my debit card (which the interface promised would be “immediate”), I spent over 12 hours in limbo, with no transaction confirmation and no funds received. I had to complete identity (KYC) verification twice, both times successfully, yet my withdrawal was still pending review without any clear explanation.
Customer support was consistently noncommittal, only ever replying with stock messages about “forwarding my request to the relevant department” and asking me to be patient. Despite repeated messages emphasizing the urgency—for example, that disputes with my bank are easier to resolve within 24 hours—the company did not provide any real timeframe or evidence that anything was actually being done.
Worse, my account showed no transaction records related to my activity, adding to the lack of transparency. When I looked up reviews, I found other users had reported exactly the same issue: missing payouts and a lack of genuine help from support.
Based on my experience, their advertised immediate withdrawals are simply not true, their communication is evasive, and they seem to drag out the process until after the point where a transaction dispute would be easily possible. The whole situation feels deliberately dishonest and deeply unprofessional.
Avoid this service at all costs.

I’m very impressed with casino this is my go to casino now, instant redemption to my bank card and it shows me my redemption request in my notifications to let me know that it’s being worked on. Lots of problems here. I made 9 purchases this morning but I was charged 11 times.

I than went to withdraw. The money was removed from my account but the transaction log shows no record.

I contacted support and apparently my withdrawl was “lost” and they have to investigate with the technical team.

A simple $150 withdrawl is……..gone??

Updated review: only glitchy thing I have found on here is the chat. It kept closing on me while I was talking to someone then eventually I lost the whole conversation and had to start over. But I already got my redemption. That was super fast. Spoke with a nice rep on chat name Lyra Rose as I had not gotten any emails or anything regarding it. She lmk that in my notifications should have been one saying my redemption was approved. So I clicked it and put in the card I wanted to use and bam. Instantly in my account. I just signed up for these guys last night and I play on a lot of casino sites. I don’t know what games the folks were playing where they were hitting nothing but losing spins because I had the opposite experience. I won enough to redeem on my first time playing. And it was pretty quick too. Their rtp levels on their hold and win games was pretty good. At least for 3 out of the 4. I love the layout and how easy it was to sign up and navigate. I submitted my redeem request and my id documents. Once I hear from someone and am able to get my deposit hopefully smoothly. I will absolutely be updating to 5 stars. I have no issues purchasing coins on here and playing. My fave new one to hit in the last few months.

To start, I never received an email stating the site was live after pre registration with the promise of a special gift for doing so. After letting support know this, they manually added the “pre registration wheel” so I could spin it and see my reward. It doesn’t work, so there is that. I also tried the games out with the free sc I got from the standard welcome bonus and, as others have said, the spins are mostly dead. This is in comparison to the same games and providers on other sites. Noticeably dead spins. I will give the support this, they gave me 3 sc for my issues, but it didn’t go anywhere. And lastly, you are not able to spin your coins to zero. I get an error every time I try to make a spin that brings me to zero. All in all I can’t recommend, which is sad, because support seems very nice and helpful.

The games are amazing and the setup is great. The little alien mascot is super cute. There were some issues with my redemption however I reached out to support and they were quick to help me out and resolve the problem. The login bonuses and pre-reg bonus are also nice.

Clean site . Easy to use and navigation. I like the game variety. Lots of variety, and quick withdrawal.

I’m not one to write reviews but it seems like the RTP is extremely low. The site also lags a lot. I would not be surprised if the RTP is on a controlled setting to prevent any payouts.
