I spent a lot of money on the Demeyere…

I spent a lot of money on the Demeyere Atlantis 7 10-piece set, expecting top-tier quality and service. One of the pans showed up with a dent from shipping—and now I’m being told it’s not covered under warranty. Seriously? For a premium product at this price point, that’s unacceptable. I expected much better from Demeyere.

Poor quality goods & service

I’ve had a Zwilling Enfinigy 2 toaster for 6 months, the second after a previous unit was replaced under warranty. This one is exhibiting the same problem as the first – with the top plastic part of the toaster cracking, due to what I imagine must be heat stress. Zwilling seem to position their products on the premium side, but the quality & design is very poor – I would avoid and purchase from a more reputable brand.

If I could give their customer service…

If I could give their customer service a minus I would. I purchased a 3 piece bakerset and realized that the 10.5" was cracked without even using it. I contacted warranty and submitted in receipt/photos etc and they came back with sorry can't help you. I won't be buying their products ever again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. We have 2 dutch oven pots that somehow delaminated the inner enamel. We used the product within the recommeneded temperatures from the owners manual and they simply claim we did something wrong. Warranty is worthless, service is horrible. Go buy LODGE cast iron, or Le Cruset.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I returned my items over a month ago, and I've been stuck going back and forth between FedEx and Zwilling to get my money back. Every day I call Zwilling, they say they'll contact FedEx and email me by the end of the day, but they never do. I absolutely do not recommend Zwilling.

Horrible customer service policies.

The company has the worst customer service policies of any online company I have interacted with. MAKE SURE you understand their policies before you make a purchase. I have not had any issues with the store products. Ordering and dealing with the online company is a nightmare. I ordered a cast iron skillet pan and received silicone kitchen utensils. The return process requires me to take a picture of the incorrect item to prove I am not lying about what I received. The wait for them to email a return authorization and return shipping label (took three days). I have to box up their incorrect item, print the labels, and drive their utensils to a shipping carrier to return them. THEN wait for zwilling to receive the incorrect item, process it, and then they will look at shipping out the cast iron pan I originally paid for. In the mean time, I can just sit and wait without the item I paid for in full at the time it was ordered. Horrible customer service.

There are no cancellations or returns…

There are no cancellations or returns allowed-I ordered sscissors some and after a few weeks of them not mailing them-I bought some other scissors and attempted to cancel the order-they flat out told me no way-no how-and I was told I couldn’t return them-so I’m stuck with them. The ones I got from Temu was 10.00 and they as good as the ones from here for 89.99. I would say don’t ever order from these crooks-they don’t care about you or your order. Worst customer service ever.

I bought a slow cooker for Christmas. I used it 8-10 times and it stopped working. I reached out for customer support, they answered me once asking for my proof of purchase. After I gave it to them they stopped responding. I will buy another slow cooker from another brand I guess

Terrible and costly return process!

Make sure you read the return process before you purchase. I bought the wrong saucepan and needed to return it. I had to call customer service, fill out a form, wait for another email and then print a form and pay for a traceable shipping process. I decided to keep the saucepan because shipping from CA to NY with a heavy item would be outrageous. Will never purchase from Zwilling again.

I was recently gifted a ZWILLING knife…

I was recently gifted a ZWILLING knife set for Christmas, specifically the 7-piece block, and I have been thoroughly impressed with both the exceptional quality of the products and the outstanding customer service. We encountered an issue when we misplaced the small knife, and since our specific model is not sold separately, I reached out for assistance. A representative named Sophie was incredibly helpful and managed to secure a replacement for us.

One of my favorite features of the block is the built-in self-sharpening tool. As someone who cooks three times a day, I often find my knives dull quickly, but with this set, I no longer experience that issue. Each time I remove a knife from the block, it sharpens itself, eliminating the need for a separate sharpening tool and freeing up drawer space.

The block itself is both elegant and compact, fitting perfectly in my kitchen without taking up too much counter space. I was looking for a smaller block that wouldn't overwhelm my worktop, and this one is the ideal size.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it. The prices are very affordable for the quality and features offered. I will definitely be purchasing a block for my best friend’s new home and one for my parents as well!

I was a huge Zwilling fan

I was a huge Zwilling fan. I punched other knives, scissors, Can opener. I considered them to be above average quality. I received a gift of thr pink handle block set. My hunnie went to sharpen the 7" knives with the sharpening stick it comes with and the blade snapped below the handle. Looking at the handle closely.. it is rusted. We do not soak thr knives or use the dishwasher. It is immediately hand washed . I reached out to Zwilling and they will not replace it. Horrible customer service. I will Never purchase a zwilling product again!!

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am unable to set my timer to work correctly on my coffee maker even though I’ve followed the manual multiple times. When I called all the representative did was send a useless YouTube video without instructions. When I replied that there weren’t instructions in the video, they replied with a screenshot of the program functions, also no instructions. I will not buy from this company again, they were less than useless.

No cancellations and bad customer service

Order the wrong item and tried to cancel immediately. Their customer service was closed and there is no way to cancel an order from the website. After contacting them the following morning I was told it can't be cancelled and that I'd have to pay to ship it back. What a scam! It's cheaper and less hassle to order elsewhere for the same item. Don't trust their "sale" prices.

Returned a month ago item still not refunded

I received an open box item instead of the new sealed one meant to be a gift. At least I did not have to put a lot of fight to get the prepaid shipping label to return the item back. My RMA stated that the refund would be issued upon item received by the warehouse. Tracking details showed the item was returned on December 24. I still can’t make customer service to refund my credit card. I finally filed dispute with my credit card. No reputable company should behave that dishonesty.

Zwilling high priced, zero service…

Zwilling's app for keep track of food/time in their glass containers doesn't work. I bought to keep from having to throw expensive groceries out because they'd gone bad. Several weeks later, they still haven't helped. I'm tech savvy and can say their app and their software is useless and customer service non existent. Since they are high priced, I'd say this is not a good value product or company

Wish I can give it 0 stars.
The bottom of a double wall mug (sitting at room temp) shattered a couple minutes after pouring ice coffee. I drank small pieces of glass shards thinking it was just a piece of ice that broke off. Zwilling's response? NO REFUND. I somehow misused it when it was my 3rd time using it after purchase.
