Do not trust.

Had one of their door to door salemen at the door in November, who told me that Zybre would pay the cost for me to cancel my current BT contract. Come December 23rd, I found out that my BT contract was still running, so phoned Zybre, ho then told me I had to phone BT and get the price of my final bill; totalling £282.44. Once I had the cost, I was to email proof over to their manager called Martin. This would then be refunded in my bank.

Have had to phone Zybre again today, as had no reply to my email. Have now been told that, this was never agreed and the best they could do was give me 4 months for free (£120) and some money off my monthly bill.

This is not what I agreed at all! They kept trying to say I hadn't been missold but misled, by both their saleman and their advisor on the phone. It doesn't matter how they try to spin this, I have been missold and how many more people are they doing this too!

As soon as we were aware of these incorrect messages, we ceased this activity. But you are right, we do not pay out he total cost of current contracts beyond 3-4 months. We will learn from this mistake and hope you may consider our services and offers in the future when your BT contract has ceased.

DON'T DO IT.

Stay well away from Zybre. I initially signed up with DigitalHome in Aug 22, then in Nov I received an email saying Zybre had acquired DigitalHome. Have recently started having issues, but when you try phoning it just automatically hangs up on you, send emails and they don't respond to you. I have a year and a half left with these jerks. Gotta be a way to get out of this, they are not delivering a service as agreed in terms and conditions. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR and do not go with this company. Look elsewhere.

UPDATE.
Had a phone call from Zybre after I had emailed them twice over the weekend, explained the issue I was having and they got it sorted the very next day. So I'm happy for now.

Honestly shambolic

Real shame to have to write this review as the door-to-door salesman was very kind and gave us a deal we were happy with. That's the end of the good news unfortunately...

Signed up from the salesman and was told I'd receive an installation date email. Received nothing weeks later.
Chased them up over the course of a few weeks and after speaking over the phone was told: "...unfortunately it looks like we cannot provide a service in your particular location" (for context I already have full fibre to my house from existing provider so the infrastructure is already there).

If Zyber don't offer a service in our area then why do are they paying door-to-door sales reps to walk around trying to sell their services? The sales rep told us a group of them had been put up in a hotel for a week to sell broadband across one of the only places in the country with an existing full fibre network (Milton Keynes). Why go to these lengths if they "don't offer services in our location"?

Put simply I don't believe a word they said and I think they're trying to cover up for sheer organisational incompetence. Most probably my application fell through the net (seemingly with very large holes), and they've manufactured some bull**** to cover up for shambolic incompetence. Last time I buy anything from a door-to-door salesperson.

Can someone please respond to my email…

Can someone please respond to my email (lindsay king) new customer, second day with no internet and no response to various emails and multiple phone calls. Not feeling very confident after reading your reviews on trust pilot.

Been on hold over 20 mins, gave up in the end. Emailed all the email addresses I have for zybre AGAIN stating if I do not hear anything by end of today they can cancel the contract. I still haven’t even had an email with the contract details on, nor have I signed anything. Cannot fathom why no one is responding!

3/01/23 11pm had an email at 4pm asking what lights was flashing on router, sent photo at 417pm with a photo. No response. Router shall be getting sent back in the morning.
Fast internet = crap, unreliable service. Sort it out zybre. Anyone would think you don’t give a s**t about your customers!!!!

Answer me? Not asking for much..

Instead of replying to reviews online, why don’t you answer the customer that keeps getting his call dropped and emails not answered . I’ve been trying for days since after Christmas, tried emailing you sent me out the wrong router , GOD knows when I’m going to be gettting billed but people have complained moneys been taken out completely for nothing, so if this happens I will not be happy. I have gave so much patience had no WiFi for 3 months now thanks to zybre and their lies. Please just call me back my email andmeto34@gmailcom

Connected - No internet

Took 2 weeks longer than promised to complete the installation and cancelled the installation multiple times even while I was persistent with checking up calling.

Now installed, the Wi-Fi or ethernet isn't working. It says connected by there's no internet. I've read every FAQ, reset countless times and tried every trick online and still nothing.

It's been 4 days since I sent my initial email to their support and 4 days with no internet from this new router. Been calling for the last 4 days including today and they won't answer the phone.

Please just respond and sort this out.

My internet is still not working. I've called almost EVERY SINGLE WORKING DAY since the 02/01 when I left this review. Bare in mind it takes at least 30-1hr for them to pick up and sometimes you'll spend 90mins on the line for them never to pick up. They have been saying they will update me with an email or call but never got one so been left in the dark. Ridiculous I have to fight an internet company to get internet from them.

Wi-Fi cuts off Service is terrible

Wi-Fi cuts off Emails don’t get replied calls don’t get answered even though they are not closed service is bad they still take the money out of your card and our Wi-Fi has been cut off for a week. Terrible service.

Bunch of cowboys

Well I should have read the reviews here first, Nothing went as arranged, Installation date came and gone, Emailed for update on what was happening got no reply so Emailed cancelling my order, I then got a telephone call offering me a better deal if I didn't cancel, which I accepted then following day got an Email advising me they were cancelling my order. Think these are in the wrong business, they should be in the movie business, Sure they could make a great western

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

As per previous 1* reviews, and our experience below:

* young sales reps cold called early Nov making lots of promises and misrepresentations;

* ZYBRE very quick to set up debit order and slow to take any meaningful action;

* ZYBRE have debited £90 upfront for three months of service despite not even delivering new router and ancillary devices

* tried cancelling twice and was convinced to stay - have now been promised 5 months of free service;

* technicians came to remove the existing (TALKTALK) mastersocket without installing a ZYBRE replacement or any equipment;

* we currently have no Internet at all (5 days thus far)

* initial contact with sales reps : early November

* date of review : 15 Dec

* currently searching for new broadband deals and have just cancelled the ZYBRE direct debit

They are unprofessional, crud correspondence, send cold callers at night, take money from your bank illegally, no router after 7 weeks of waiting, wouldn't cancel service order with MS3, don't answer phones or emails, I could go on and on and on.......

Avoid at all costs!

Very pushy door seller

Very pushy door seller. Signed DD. Got told nothing would come out till after installation was done. I changed my mind and said do in text message. They have taken £74.98 out of my account and I haven't got anything from them apart from being short in pocket at this time of year. They are not answering the phone. No surprise there.

Pushy, misleading sales reps

Was visited at my door by a young man, confidently assuring me I was owed an upgrade on my line, interspersing questions about my internet speed with friendly "banter". Before I knew it he'd signed me up to be moved onto one of their contracts, something I did not want and had not agreed to in any meaningful way. Thankfully, I was able to cancel as soon as I'd come to my senses. Very shady business practices indeed.

I was with Digital Home a subsidiary…

I was with Digital Home a subsidiary local company of City Fibre. Been trying to phone &email for months, service is useless! Then tonight im informed ZYBER has bought out Digital Home. I never signed with this company and have no Direct Debit with them, have had no notifications from either company and CITY FIBRE is a pile of doo doo. And their products are rubbish avoid like the plague!!.. Update, it took Zyber 10 hrs to respond to my post, pity they werent as quick to blast out an email telling ALL Digital Home customers they are now in control and they will be running their accounts, and by all accounts, not very well!!

Absolutely horrific experience

I hate to leave bad reviews but I also feel obliged to let people now about my experience to help make a decision.
I also want to state that I feel every customer service agent I reached honestly tried to help me and this is not their fault, this is the fault of the system and the main company failing to set up a working system.
I ordered mid October and was promised to have a service from the end of October. I just cancelled my order now mid December after 2 months of regular calls, lies, and mess with this company. I still never got a contract from them, they constantly failed to inform me about set up dates, missed dates and so on. They also set up a direct debit and invoiced me for services that I never even had, luckily though they failed to also set up the direct debit correctly so I was not charged for this.
In the end they managed to send and engineer to set up the internet but forgot to send a router which then they failed to get to me for another 3 weeks.
Simply outrageous.

Very poor service from this company

Very poor service from this company . I when with this company for my broadband which I was told I would get the 1000/100 but how wrong I be look to get 100 upload from this poor company. Customer service is poor most of the time there don't answer their phone. But when their do answer the call you get told I get someone from I.T to call you which you don't get. Found out there I.T side is outsourced to a different company. Also there have try to take 2 direct debt out as well.

The sales rep lied

The sales rep lied. He said Sky had a 6/7 month waiting list for installation and it would be £179 to install. Checked with Sky and it is lies - free to subscribers and being done in December. Rep said nothing about a contract. The minute he’s out the door I got an email about a contract with a cancel button at the bottom, pressed it and assumed that was that. Wrong. Being bombarded by texts about installation. Have tried to phone tonight - always engaged. I’ve sent two emails cancelling (I have a legal right to cancel within 14 days from 30/11/22) but they are obviously ignoring it. In tonight’s email I have cancelled fibre installation and reminded them for the second time that under the Data Protection Act they must delete all my details from their system - especially my bank details. I cannot recommend this company as I was blatantly lied to.
