I've been with Zyma for over 5 years and have had no issues with the services they provide. Zyma is quick to let customers know if they need to update software like Wordpress etc, also if there's a security breach Zyma is quick to act and let you know what's going on. Price is a big factor for me and Zyma gives the best service for me and a low affordable price. Uptime is 99.99 like they said and I've not experienced any down time to my website over 5 years :) and the support is second to none with it by email or their excellent online live help 10/10 in my opinion.

Great hosting, rarely down and for the price - it's unbeatable. They give you so many options and choices to literally do what you wish with your site.

I've got 2 domains hosted with Zyma. I love the fact that the hosting lets me spin up whatever CMS I want, with cPanel for getting at the really nitty gritty things. Zyma's support has been excellent and they've resolved all my queries quickly and professionally.

Worst hosting experience, ever. After my account was deleted for no reason, after all the other issues I have encountered with them, they didn't provide me my domain name (nor a money return) because of a bad review I have left them previously. Here is our conversation:

My firm uses Zyma to host its website. On 20 December 2016, Zyma made unauthorised changes to our DNS records which led us to lose all emails for 24 hours. I attempted on numerous occasions over a period of several weeks to get an explanation from Zyma as to why it made these changes. It has consistently failed to respond. It has a telephone support number advertised but this number is never answered and calls are never returned. It fails to respond to emails. I tried also to contact the sole owner and director of Zyma Technologies who is listed at Companies House. This individual failed to answer any of my calls or messages. TrustPilot aims to help people find companies they can trust, and readers may wish to draw their own conclusions about whether Zyma is trustworthy.

We changed to ZYMA about 3 years ago and all went well until they changed server last weekend. On Monday we found emails were going out okay but we could not receive any. Zyma support did manage to sort it out online but stupidly deleted all our emails leaving us with orders, inquiries, artworks etc. for the last 3 years gone. An unbelievable and costly error which should have been averted by backing up the files first.

Never had a problem - very pleased. Any minor issues are fixed rapidly like you would expect from a world-class service provider.

After having problems with a previous hosting company, it was time to switch and we are glad that we did.

When Zyma transferred everything across they did it with such efficiency it was quite amazing. They kept me informed through-out and then set everything up for me to continue with the web site and company.

I cannot fault them on any level. Recommend them to everyone.

I've been with these guys since 2011 and haven't looked back since. Their support is amazing, my hosting and e-mail have been great so far. You certainly get value for money.

10/10 - Would highly recommend

I've used Zyma for a while and recommended them. They probably offer some of the best value packages in the UK for hosting with lots of unlimited features. I host my Wordpress blog (gloopa.co.uk) with them and have had no problems to date.

Having been with Zyma for over four years I would have no hesitation in recommending them for web hosting. Not only do they provide excellent value in terms of server specification and speed for the price but customer service is also prompt, efficient and reliable. Their control panel is a little basic, involving manual updates but I've not found it to be any problem. For value hosting with UK support you will be hard pressed to find a better alternative than Zyma.

Have been a customer for many years and the last 3-4 years without any problems or issues. Always helpful, always reachable. Fully recommended

paid for 3 years of hosting and sorry i did. dont reply to tickets have now said they cant host site as its xcart, changed my password on my account to stop me leaving luckily my old host had copy or i would have lost my webpage. terrible company very bad attitude by staff and now i have to try and get my money back from them hopefully without involving the police
