Very communicative
Super nice driver, he made sure everyone was comfortable. The drive was smooth. I also was really happy to have a usbc outlet right beside my seat. They were also very communicative about when the van was coming. I would just suggest updating their arrival times to reflect traffic during busy hours. I also would love some more drop off points in the actual city.

Garbage service and customer support
Garbage service and customer support! Canceled my trip and in the initial email didn't even include refund as an option (offered their garbage credit crap) and when I emailed them for a refund after 10 days still no refund so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Beware of the scums.
