Unclear discount - otherwise about the same as the rest
I received an email claiming to give a 10% discount. It never appeared!
Usual maze of medical questions, on a broad brush approach. Poor.
The true test is when you claim, not gthe price you pay.
UPDATE - Essential tell me, in error that "Your discount was taken off when you got a quote so the price you paid was 10% cheaper than the standard policy prices."
NOT so. I smelled a rat and just to check I obtained a quote the next day as a new customer, the standard quote came out at PRECISELY the same price as the 10% discounted price. So they make you think you are a valued customer, when in fact you are treated the same as a first timer.
VERY unlikely to be a valued customer again!
My review has therefore been downgraded.
