It would be good to email confirming it's all set up and revealing the correct web address to see documents etc. As it was, I was left wondering if it had all gone through. I purchased insurance 3 days ago, and left wondering if I am insured!

Time and again they appear to have no system for locating fulfilled prescriptions awaiting collection. On several occasions I have watched two or three members of staff radomnly wandering around looking in various unmarked baskets with the no real system. Twice I have been told it's not ready then suddenly someone else says "Oh it's here" "who left it there?". Cohens Cross Hills No need for a debate with you. I reported this 3 or 4 yearsago when you promised a review. Nothing changed.

Dreadful website. Cannot complete the form "If you also have any Medical Conditions that you are not taking Medication for, please type and select below." does not allow - no other conditions - so cannot proceed.
Would give zero stars if you had that option. For the third time this week i have tried live chat, simply to be left hanging on witn ZERO communication apart from the initial (name) is now connected.
It really does feel like you do not require my repeat custom and are pretty happy to treat long standing customers with disdain.

All of the rates we show on the website are provided to us by the suppliers themselves so this should not occur. If you contact us on the website directly at website@compareholidaymoney.com with more details we will gladly look into it for you.
Bought one thing one day and it was not tracked. Bought another the next day and it was! Both items were travel items which I know take a while to pay out, but they should BOTH be tracked after purchase. I spent several email to customer services and still no satisfactory answer, and the former item still not tracked 2 weeks later!!

I've taken a look for you and I can see that you've been able to manually track your missing transaction by raising a claim. You can see your claim here: www.quidco.com/activity/claims. The purchase will not track on your normal activity page as claims are a separate way of tracking, but please be assured that this is processing as normal.
Purchases may fail to track for a number of reasons, tracking is actually carried out on your browser, using your cookies to determine which websites you've visited. If your purchases aren't tracking, something in your browser settings may be stopping your cookies being recorded. We do have a tracking guide here: https://support.quidco.com/article/tips-for-cashback to help you set up your browser for more successful tracking.
I received an email claiming to give a 10% discount. It never appeared!
Usual maze of medical questions, on a broad brush approach. Poor.
The true test is when you claim, not gthe price you pay.
UPDATE - Essential tell me, in error that "Your discount was taken off when you got a quote so the price you paid was 10% cheaper than the standard policy prices."
NOT so. I smelled a rat and just to check I obtained a quote the next day as a new customer, the standard quote came out at PRECISELY the same price as the 10% discounted price. So they make you think you are a valued customer, when in fact you are treated the same as a first timer.
VERY unlikely to be a valued customer again!
My review has therefore been downgraded.
