At 07.30 in the morning I got a message that the delivery will be at 9.30 I was very pleased. However the time approached the delivery time has changed to 11.00 after that it has changed again to 12.30, then changed again, and the driver called me at 15.00 hours to deliver the wood. I was not pleased at all about the constant change of delivery time on the day of delivery! If the driver would have indicated delivery time 15.00 from the beggining it would have been no problem, however it has changed by the hour the time of delivery. I was at home so I could wait, if I was at work this would have not been a good day to me or my boss!
Communication should improve in delivery time and planning.
