Very good experience with 123hout.nl we ordered the South African hardwood, and it is clearly a superior product that indeed burns much longer than any other wood I have used. Delivery was quick and easy, was surprised that they expected me to take the wooden pallet as well, but delivery person was understanding and let us leave it with him; much appreciated. Very happy overall

Levering hout
At 07.30 in the morning I got a message that the delivery will be at 9.30 I was very pleased. However the time approached the delivery time has changed to 11.00 after that it has changed again to 12.30, then changed again, and the driver called me at 15.00 hours to deliver the wood. I was not pleased at all about the constant change of delivery time on the day of delivery! If the driver would have indicated delivery time 15.00 from the beggining it would have been no problem, however it has changed by the hour the time of delivery. I was at home so I could wait, if I was at work this would have not been a good day to me or my boss!
Communication should improve in delivery time and planning.

Not as good as the first time
Last fall I ordered a pallet of oakwood for my fireplace. It arrived on time, in good condition, everything as promised on the website and I enjoyed it the whole winter.
At the beginning of May I ordered a pallet of birch wood. It arrived on time, the wood is dry and burns well. The down side is that the pallet is not the size 120x90x210 as promised on the website but 120x100x190, top 15-20 cm of the pallet were empty, the wood is a bit loosely stacked and falling out on the sides.
