Purchased baby clothes and all have the…

Purchased baby clothes and all have the care tags on the outside of the garments. One is even on the leg!! To remove them will result in a hole, yet no one would use them with the labels still intact. Another woollen item has 2 large pulls in it. I contacted customer support and asked who pays the postage cost for returning these. I finally received a reply to say i had to pay to return them. I am extremely unhappy as the actual garments are lovely, but to remove the tags and pulls will leave holes. Patpat said some suppliers put care tags on the outside, some inside and they can't guarantee which. So an exchange is out the question too. I asked for a partial refund instead and now they are ignoring me. They also deleted my post on their facebook page too. Terrible company..avoid!!
