Such a great experience! The magnets are brilliant and perfect for my friends! The freebie extra was lovely and unexpected. All came beautifully wrapped too. Communication from Nadine was excellent. Will definitely be back for more and i highly recommend seller
Very poor and unhelpful customer service. Signed up for regular delivery, no updates, only to receive an email 7 days later to advise my return had been received. I hadn't received the goods to return them! No help given as to why and refund details didn't match what I had paid. Asked for clarification on the amount being refunded and received a rude reply asking me to review previous message for their response. If the previous message had been clear, I wouldn't have needed to send another message. It would have taken their customer service the same amount of time to actually confirm the details of the refund as it did to send the sarky response I received. They may have kept me as a customer if they had. Instead I immediately cancelled my subscription. Very poor communication.
Do not order the 3D enhancer. Its cheap thin plastic that is definitely not worth the price paid. Shockingly cheap!! I wish I'd seen the reviews before parting with my money!!
Purchased baby clothes and all have the care tags on the outside of the garments. One is even on the leg!! To remove them will result in a hole, yet no one would use them with the labels still intact. Another woollen item has 2 large pulls in it. I contacted customer support and asked who pays the postage cost for returning these. I finally received a reply to say i had to pay to return them. I am extremely unhappy as the actual garments are lovely, but to remove the tags and pulls will leave holes. Patpat said some suppliers put care tags on the outside, some inside and they can't guarantee which. So an exchange is out the question too. I asked for a partial refund instead and now they are ignoring me. They also deleted my post on their facebook page too. Terrible company..avoid!!
