AVIVA CUSTOMER SERVICES BISHOPBRIGGS GLASGOW

I was having my boiler replaced by Aviva via Homeserve and to be truthful and in view of the fact that we were having difficulty in getting a result
.In fact I had spent hours on the phone to various departments we went through to Customer Services for assistance on this matter for resolution.
We were overwhelmed by the response of Natalie who went beyond the call of duty and demonstrated total concern about the situation we were in.
Natalie took ownership of the problem and promised that she would chase it up the next day when she started her shift.And sure enough this lady phoned me the next day around 4pm and made contact with the department and has arranged for someone to call us tomorrow with an update and potential change of date for our boiler installation replacement.This ladies attitude was one of the utmost integrity and I am quite confident that we will get an amicable solution to a frustrating situation.
5 STARS for Natalie and thank you for making a genuine attempt to resolve our problem.Thank you for attempting to ease the frustration for us Natalie.
As a Chartered Quality Professional and having been involved extensively over the years in Service Delivery as a Manager and Incorporated Engineer I believe this lady defines the art of customer service and integrity in her position and can only be commended.
