Graig gave great assistance today service patience and communication was excellent.I managed to secure a competitive cost for our insurance thanks to Craig.
Many thanks for your help today in obtaining a satisfactory cost for car insurance.

Steven in Newcastle was the agent i spoke to and a gentleman in resolving our query

Steven in Newcastle was the agent I dealt with in relation to a difficulty in completing an application to stop my automatic renewal for my insurance policy for next year.
Regretfully I declined a further offer made by Steven as the cost was still well above other quotes we had.But in View of the fact that Steven was very understanding about our looking elsewhere for a better deal he was very polite and accepted our situation.Thank you Steven.

Unbelievable bad standard and attitude by…

Unbelievable standard and attitude by the staff who just sign off whenever they feel like it and have no intention of trying to resolve your issues.
They should be sacked as incompetent and disregarding of the information you supply them with and fail to read the chat notes.
What a stressful and useless team and they should be dealt with by their Managers for failing miserably in every way
.Have a look at these complaints on TripAdvisor they are disgusting and reflect the quality of this team.What has happened to Customer Care and Service Delivery?

A great result from Julie and the girls in finding us another great deal.Julie spent an hour today discussing and recommending another TUI break before Christmas.
Julie is endowed with a wonderful personality and a great deal of patience and she has always served us well.Thanks July for the 5th Time this year we are extremely grateful for your help once again.

I contacted the RAC and spoke to the most efficient and pleasant operative I have ever dealt with.This guy Shazil was absolutely fair pleasant and extremely knowledgeable with a calm interest in fulfilling a resolution to my issue.As a retired Management Consultant and Chartered Quality Professional with a lengthy service delivery Knowledge and background and can only suggest that this experience by this individual was totally commendable.Thank you Shazil for your help in resolving my issue.I do hope your management are aware of your skills.

Easy app to navigate also this company came up with an extremely attractive cost for our annual policy.This has effectively given us the feeling of a realistic deal and we are very happy about this outcome.
We haven't yet spoke to anyone from the company but have no doubt they know how to do business and the feedback is probably the best I have ever read.This is what made us approach this company.Thanks for an easy cost effective deal on our annual travel insurance.

This organisation is a total joke in…

This organisation is a total joke in relation to discussing your Insurance and cancellation policy.I have been on a few calls today for around two hours to no avail.
Not only that this is a 5 day a week organisation so everything stops on a Friday until the Monday if you need to cancel your policy or don't want to renew it.
AAI
Read some of these feedbacks to get a measure of the inadequacy in Service delivery of this organisation.
As a financial institution it seems to go out of its way to upset customers and make it extremely difficult to carry out certain operations surrounding closure and in fact getting help.

Have tried to cancel car insurance and spent 2 hours to no avail
This organisation needs serious investigation in relation to their service.
As a Chartered Quality Professional I have never experienced an organisation as bad as this.I don't think they really want further business or to deal with customers.....totally disgusted.

The same engineer as last year came.Such a courteous and prompt individual arrived bang on 8am as promised
Great service delivery and attitude I can highly recommend A1 as being a company with integrity and I don't think you can fault this team in any way.
The first line contact are also second to none with a high quality attitude.
Thanks for an overall great service and as a recently retired Chartered Quality Professional I can not fault this level of service.

AVIVA CUSTOMER SERVICES BISHOPBRIGGS GLASGOW

I was having my boiler replaced by Aviva via Homeserve and to be truthful and in view of the fact that we were having difficulty in getting a result
.In fact I had spent hours on the phone to various departments we went through to Customer Services for assistance on this matter for resolution.
We were overwhelmed by the response of Natalie who went beyond the call of duty and demonstrated total concern about the situation we were in.
Natalie took ownership of the problem and promised that she would chase it up the next day when she started her shift.And sure enough this lady phoned me the next day around 4pm and made contact with the department and has arranged for someone to call us tomorrow with an update and potential change of date for our boiler installation replacement.This ladies attitude was one of the utmost integrity and I am quite confident that we will get an amicable solution to a frustrating situation.
5 STARS for Natalie and thank you for making a genuine attempt to resolve our problem.Thank you for attempting to ease the frustration for us Natalie.
As a Chartered Quality Professional and having been involved extensively over the years in Service Delivery as a Manager and Incorporated Engineer I believe this lady defines the art of customer service and integrity in her position and can only be commended.
