Good job after a little disappointment.

A great disappointment to go for my scooter and see the whole job I ordered was not done.
I bought an original tyre, for nineboot g30, and I have paid for fitting it. They fix several things i paid for but they did not fit the tyre and even did not gave me back my original tyre neither.
I hope they fit my original tyre not a cheaper one.. mixed emotions about their service...
Update.
After the disappointment service, two days later they gave me back the scooter in an immaculate condition and everything was fixed and perfectly working. Apologies accepted and happy with the service at last. Nobody is perfect, it was a mistake and they honoured their word and finally they did a fantastic job.

It looks like we replaced the front bearings on your Segway Max G30 electric scooter and although this had been completed when you arrived to collect we hadn't fitted your new tyre. Our sincere apologies for this. We pride ourselves on providing the best service and this wasn't up to our usual high standards.

Our company policy is to only fit manufacturer approved parts so you can rest assured we would not fit a lower quality part.

From the notes on our system I can see that the tyre has now been fitted and you mentioned to our technician it is now working perfectly and thank you for updating confirming this.
