No customer service - still waiting for my 80 EUR package

I have placed an order with international delivery (Switzerland). When tracking my order at Courier's website (DPD) I have noticed that my package is stuck at the border due to missing details. I have contacted DPD who told me that the shop did not provide the customs documentation and that only the shop can provide it to DPD as the contract is between Aurore and DPD. In the meantime I have received the message from Aurore saying that "my package needs me" as if it was me to handle the issue. I have sent 3 emails to them, waited longer that 48 hours, got no answer. Tried to call them within the business hours - they are not available but they advise to use their contact email... Very disappointed and still waiting for my 80 EUR package

Customer service just sent you an email today, have you received it?

We inform you in this mail that unfortunately, delivery is impossible in Switzerland, and you shouldn't have been able to choose it at first. We refunded you the amount of your order which won't be delivered to you.

We are so sorry again.
